The group chose to export panela, a natural sugar cane product from Colombia. They believe the United States would be a successful market because Americans would benefit from its vitamins and natural sweetener properties. Exporting to the US could generate significant profits in dollars. Research found that panela exports have grown 14% since 2007 and major importing countries include Russia, the UK, and US. The group thinks exporting panela to the US, Spain, and Canada could help continue its export growth.

 THE PRODUCT WOULD BE TO EXPORT THE PANELA
 It is a product made from sugar cane
 If we consumed the panela, we would be consuming a natural product

3. If you had the possibility to export your product or service,
which country would you export it to? Why?
 If we could export the panela, we would do it to the country of the
United States
 If we exported this product, United States would have a natural
sweetener.
 If the children of the United States consumed this product, they would
have good system immune and would have a good vitamins.

4. Why do you think you would be successful with this
business idea?
 The trade on the United States would be excellent, if we exported the panela.
 If we export to the United States , we will win a lot of money in dollars.
 We believe that it would be a success because, we exported a natural product
and would good for health
