 Being overwhelmed
 Silence
What is too much?
 Not enough sleep
 Join all the CAT teams
 Feeling stressed
 Pointers to you not doing well
How do you do all the
things?
 Nothing novel
 Self-care
 Multi-tasking
 Time-management
 Sleeping enough for you
 Learn how to Fail and learn.
Multitasking
 Find some resources (people, books, web)
 Test what you can do together well
 If you fail at one part split it back out.
 Examples:
 Meeting and class note taking
 Socialization/tasks/group work
 Dishes and a tv show
So how do I swim?
 Do what makes sense for you!!!
 Find a few mentors who
 You admire for their skills
 You can relate to
 Have enough brain to work with you 
