This document outlines a vision for how a church can help spread the gospel through individual and collective efforts. It discusses using invitations, home Bible studies, and living faithfully to share the gospel individually. Collectively, the church can hold gospel meetings, visit nursing homes, conduct prison ministry, and door knock to reach more people. The body of Christ analogy from 1 Corinthians teaches that all members have different roles but are necessary, so everyone should find ways to contribute according to their abilities.

2. What is “OUR” aim
• To make the gospel of Jesus Christ known in
hunt county.
• To have people know we care for there soul.
• To show the difference between truth and
error.
• To help out others

3. Proverbs 29:18
• Where there is no vision, the people
perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy
is he.

4. 1 Cor. 12:12
• For as the body is one. This is the human body.
It is a working unit, though composed by many
members.
• All the members...are one body:
• No member is too insignificant that it should be
overlooked.
• All are necessary to make the body operate as
it should.

5. 1 Cor. 12:12
• So also is (in) Christ.
• This means the body of Christ, the church.
The human body is used to teach us several
lessons about the spiritual body, the group of
people who belong to Christ.
• Romans 16:16 Greet one another with a holy
kiss. The churches of Christ greet you.

6. How to do this?
• Collectively- 1 Thess. 1:2-4
• Individually- Galatians 6

7. Individual
• Invite some friends, family, and strangers
to bible study.
• Keep tracks, cards, and DVD's handy to
give out.
• When comfortable start a home bible
study.

8. Individual
• Read the word of God and study it. Commit
certain scriptures to memory and equip
yourself to give an answer for why you believe
what you believe. Mark your bible to help out.
• 1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your
hearts: and be ready always to give an answer
to every man that asks you a reason of the
hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

9. Individual
• By living an honest life before God and Man.
• Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be always with grace,
seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought
to answer every man.
• Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that
they may see your good works, and glorify your Father
which is in heaven.
• Proverbs 17:27 He that has knowledge spares his
words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent
spirit.

10. Collectively
• 1 Thessalonians 1:3 Remembering
without ceasing your work of faith, and
labor of love, and patience of hope in our
Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and
our Father;

11. Collectively
• Gospel meetings

• Care baskets-
• Nursing home visitations

• Jail or prison ministry
• Marriage enrichment seminar

13. All are needed
• 1 Corinthians 12:22 Nay, much more
those members of the body, which seem
to be more feeble (weaker), are
necessary:
• Whatever you can do big or small do it! It
has use and value in the Kingdom of
GOD!
