Hot chocolate recipe

1. Homemade Hot Chocolate
Step 1
Gather the following for your festive hot chocolate.
3 ½ Cups of sugar
2 ¼ Cups of Cocoa
1 Tablespoon of salt
Whole Milk for Serving
Mini Marshmallows (a lot of marshmallows)
Step 2
Combine the Sugar into a large bowl. (This mixture will keep all winter if stored in a airtight
container).
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly.
Step 4
For individual servings use 1 Cup of whole milk (Multiply by number of cups of Hot Chocolate).
Warm the milk in a large sauce pan over medium-low heat (make sure not to let the milk boil)
Step 5
Stir in mixture while milk is warming
Step 6
Serve in festive holiday glasses, but be sure to let cool before serving.
