❖ many stuff
❖ stuff has the access to use full cleaning material
❖ each stuff clean 8 rooms per day
MILPARK
❖ few stuff
❖ The stuff is not allowed to use some of the cleaning material e.g mops
❖ each stuff clean 10 rooms if it not busy, if it busy they end up cleaning 15
rooms or more than that each

❖ They serve breakfast and lunch
❖ They have more than one restaurants

5. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IN MILPArk
❖ We fix the restaurant door, the door from kitchen to restaurant
❖ Clean the pool
❖ In one of the room the toilet was not flushing, then we fix it

6. DRINKS IN THE BAR
MIMOSA
Fill the champagne flute anglophiles of fresh- squeezed orange juice in the class and
top up with brut champagne
FLORIDA TONIC
Put ice cubes in the class, pour orange juice, tonic water and one wedge orange

7. BEST EXPERIENCE
JCC
❖ Working at the gallery restaurant where by they were hosting S.A German
Chamber of commerce and industry including premier of Gauteng Mr David
Makhura , everyone was happy and excited
MILPARK
❖ Working at the back office because i learned many things there i was not aware
the hotel have e.g like rates they have hotel rate and government rate. Between
sunday and thursday rate are higher and between friday and saturday rate are
cheap.

8. Worse experience
JCC
❖ The restaurant manager, she was heartless and she has authority in her head
and she does not want to see anyone just standing doing nothing or having
conversation with another staff member.
MILPARK
❖ The lunch, their lunch was very horrible

9. Favourate customer experience
JCC - while i was taking orders for lunch one of the guest he wrote down the order for me. the other day i
drop the knife in front of the guest and he pick it up for me with big smile on his face and he said we all drop
things sometimes do not feel guilty.
MILPARK - while i was serving breakfast one of the guest she give me the tip and i was not even aware that i
give her the good service. While i was doing housekeeping one of the guest help us with cleaning the room
FAVORITE STAFF MEMBER
JCC - NKELO we were both working at the restaurant serving breakfast, i like her because she is talkative
and fun
MILPARK - PHINDILE the front desk manager, i was working with her at the reception, she show me how
they do thing at the reception although it was busy and i like the way she treat her stuff.

❖ Neatness is not the most important interest to them, some of their places are
very dirt e.g kitchen
