Canadian dental teams provided dental care to 674 school children in Honduras, completing 108 fillings, 27 root canals, 74 extractions, and 1 partial denture. The trip was made possible through financial support, donations of supplies and services. Planning has already begun for another mission trip to Honduras in 2016 to continue providing dental care to children and teaching oral hygiene.

A tremendous amount of planning and
support is needed to organize an expedition
of this magnitude. Each year we are blessed
with financial supporters such as you
who enable and encourage us to continue
providing dental care to the children of El
Porvenir Honduras. We also appreciate all

Ontario.
Planning is already underway for Honduras
2016. The local people appreciate the
Canadian dental teams and how much it helps
their children to be taught to take care of their
teeth and have teeth fixed where possible. We
feel like we can’t let them down. Thank you

Health Outreach for administrative support,
and Honduran Child Alliance for providing
translators.
