2. Importance of Foot-Care：
• Feet act like a 2nd heart.
• People with foot dysfunction become totally dependent, and
vulnerable of series of health issues.
• Feed Conditions becomes critical indication of health.

• 2016-2017: 4 12-week workshops
• Evaluation: Survey covering foot-care
knowledge, attitude, and behavior at the
beginning and end of training program
Future training to be tuned accordingly.

• Foot Self-care Awareness: 53% - 89%
• Attitude on Foot Self-care: 69% - 92%
• Behavior on Foot Self-care: 21% - 95%

20. • Keep it rolling.
• In July, 2017, I got a financial support
from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
• Use T-T-T techniques to get 10
professional lectures, 30 directors and
30 assistants.

21. In 2017, mainly on home-care clinets. I
showed and taught family members sinple
foot care.
I dealt with troubled nails.
With simple foot care, we see better
improvement.

22. Steps of Foot-care
1-Soaking for 10~15
minutes
2-Cleaning the feet with soap 3-Rubbing the heel bottom and areas
between toes
4-Wiping dry the feet and especially
toes and in-between
5- Applying oil-based body
lotion/cream
