4. VISSANI REFRIGERATOR
I first called the manufacturer. Was referred to the store, being less
than 30 days. Then store referred me to Extra Protection Plan, EPP
referred me back to store. Store rep ordered me to bring the ref to
the store for refund. When I explained that I had Pro Delivery, then
they agreed to bring a new refrigerator to swap out.
5. 2ND VISSANI REF
When the ref was emptied from box, the seal was working. After
stocking back the ref, the seal was defective. I called home depot and
was told to return the ref to the store. I was told to pay for the new
Whirlpool ref because they could not take out merchandise without
being paid.
7. FOLLOW UP CALL FOR
MILITARY DISCOUNT
I got a call asking for my credit card again to give me a military
discount.
8. 10/5/13
While doing accounting for the rental property, I discovered a
mistake on Home Depot’s part.
1. I ordered a 3 year protection plan just like the original purchase
and I was billed for a 5 year plan.
2. I was expecting a charge of $599.41 less 10% military discount
and instant rebate.

17. UPDATE
Sunday, October 6. Author receives call from Latilda of Home
Depot Customer Service responding to an online query posted
yesterday. She requested more information which author provided
including control invoice numbers, description, unit price, date posted
in credit card statement. Latilda assured to coordinate with store
regarding the matter. Military discount is not on services, but just on
merchandise.
