 Transforming the client’s heterogeneous IT landscape into an optimized one, by upgrading SAP
applications from version 4.5 to 5.0, deploying Solution Manager and implementing business
transaction monitoring
 Collaborative sourcing – SAP, HCL and Sun Microsystems worked in collaboration with the
customer, thus combating the challenge of high IT costs experienced with the previous vendor
 Migrating IT assets to HCL’s datacenter. Also, the futuristic infrastructure design provided several
