Quality Improvement (Six sigma)
Followed DMAIC approach and worked on increasing the sales and quality of a local pizza joint

Product Management simulation project
We were responsible to start a company and release new laptops by meeting the customer
requirements and bringing profits to the company by increasing the sales and opening new
branches worldwide and conduct good marketing methods. By the end of the semester our

Investigate Home Depot’s business model to check if it is safe for the public to invest in the
company with limited debt shares. A seven step process was created to analyze the growth
stability and forecast the future for the Home Depot.
Performed Time Analysis of Level, Trend, Seasonality, and Noise by forecasting the revenue
growth. Implemented DuPont framework to investigate Return on Equity for 5 years.
Evaluated Home Depot’s key competitors’ financial measures for benchmarking.
Made recommendations to invest in the company, were formulated based on the Data Analysis.
