This document outlines the High Performance Leadership program structure and requirements. It discusses that the program has 5 parts that guide participants through setting objectives, gaining commitment, working a plan, and analyzing results. To complete the program, participants must achieve the Advanced Leader Bronze award, serve as a district officer, and recruit a guidance committee to help guide a leadership project. The project involves creating objectives, visions, missions, strategies and plans which are then presented to the participant's home club. The program is intended to provide proven learning and feedback to gain knowledge in key leadership areas.
