This document summarizes the properties and applications of high density fiber reinforced cement board. The board is made from siliceous and calcareous materials through a high temperature and pressure process. It does not contain asbestos or other hazardous materials. 1. High density fiber reinforced cement board
100% non-asbestos Fiber Cement Board which is made from Siliceous and
Calcareous( Such as: quartz powder, fly ash, diatomite, lime, Calcium carbide sludge
and cement).
It does not contain any asbestos, brucite, meerschaum, glass fiber and
formaldehyde.
We make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through high
temperature and high pressure autoclave for more than 10 hours by advantage
technology to have the final product.

b. Application:
1. 4.5-6MM Thickness are used for the Ceiling of the building.
2. 8, 9, 10, 12, 15mm Thickness are used for Partition.
3. 15-18mm Thickness can be used for internal floor backer with some designed
steel structure under special application requirement.
