Remuneration

Centralization and Decentralization
• Decision-making authority can be centralized
or distributed depending on organizational
needs.
Scalar Chain
• A clear chain of command ensures effective

Order
• There should be a place for everything,
ensuring organization and efficiency.
Equity
• Managers should promote fairness and
kindness to foster loyalty.
Stability of Tenure
• Organizations should aim to retain staff for
expertise and stability.
Initiative
• Encouraging employees to take initiative leads

Esprit de Corps
• Promoting team spirit ensures unity and
harmony within the organization.
