This document summarizes a study on healthy habits among 41 primary school pupils aged 9-12 in Poland. The study examined the students' diets, physical activity levels, screen time, sleep habits, and family meal routines through a survey. The results found that the students generally had healthy diets including fruits, vegetables, and dairy, were physically active daily, and ate 3 meals per day with their families. However, they spent a significant time in front of screens for entertainment. The Comenius HETI project increased awareness of how daily habits impact health.

23.  According to the research results, pupils from Primary School in
Korczyn have got healthy habits.
 Comenius project HETI made them aware that everyday habits have
a big impact on their health.
 Their diet includes healthy products like: fruit, vegetables and diary
products.
 Majority of them has breakfast and eats more than 3 meals a day.
 They are physically active every day and they practice different types of
sports.
 However, they still spend a lot of their free time in front of TV,
computers or phones.
 To sum up: The ideas of a healthy lifestyle promoted by HETI should be
present in our school all the time 
