Calvinism. Reformed Theology. Hard Determinism. This is the major cancer in Protestant Christianity that many a Theologian have tried to combat but with very little success. Reformed Churches are exploding. Reformed Pastors are infiltrating churches and taking them over, satisfied if half the congregation leaves after their Calvinism is brought into the light since that still leaves them with the business organization and in charge. Calvinist board members are secretly recruiting these seminary-trained Pastors behind the backs of other board members and by the time the people of the church find out, it is too late.
Why is Augustine a hero to both the Roman Catholic Church and the Reformers? There was a huge, dangling thread on the sweater that the Church was wearing. That thread was pulled during the research which caused three more threads to be exposed and each time a thread was pulled more threads would show themselves until the entire sweater began to unravel to reveal the nightmare underneath. The answers that were found during this dig through history and the biblical texts will absolutely shock you as 1,600 year old truths will be revealed from under the Gnostic grime.
Christians tend to think that Calvinism only affects Calvinists and as long as they believe their nonsense over there then it doesn't affect them. But this mistaken view couldn't be more in error. HinduCalvinism affects almost everything you think you know about the bible and there is almost no subject in the biblical text that is untouched or unaffected.
Steel yourself for the millennia long adventure through history presented in these pages. They will change your life.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, Thought-Provoking and Important Book!
Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2022
Buy it, read it. Then read it again. This book is not only a must-read for anyone coming out of Calvinism, but is also important for any Christian who is in a church.
For me, even just this first section of the book was amazing! If Calvinist doctrines have harmed the faith of yourself or someone you love, understanding its errors is the first step toward healing and renewed growth. As a parent, understanding the subversive infiltration of Calvinist teachings into Christian thought is the best way to inoculate your children against falling prey to its heresies.
But there is so much more to this book than just providing the reader with a solid defense against Calvinism. This book will turn everything you thought you knew upside down, from your perception of yourself to your conception of the Creator.
This is an excellent, important book, and I highly recommend it.
2. Acts 17:11
These people were more receptive
than those in Thessalonica. They
were very willing to receive the
message, and every day they
carefully examined the Scriptures to
see if those things were so.
3. Proof-text
• Proof-text is a verse used as a theological hammer by pulling it out of its context and floating it in the
air. Most often cited Proof-texts are:
– John 6, 15
– Ephesians 1, 2
– Ezekiel 36
– Romans 3, 9
– Mark 4
– 2 Corinthians 2
• Bonus Points: Lydia in Acts 16, Psalm 58, Paul being struck by lightning
• Biblestudy.org states, “Proof texting uses certain short passages, many times only a single verse,
pulled from the Bible in support of a particular belief or doctrine. The problem with this method is
that the person who is Proof texting usually gives their selected verses a meaning that may be
entirely different from what the writer intended. The Bible is written in such a way that most verses
cannot be correctly understood in a stand-alone fashion. The context of a particular verse, who wrote
it, the time period in which it was written, where did they write it, etc. is needed to arrive at what God
intended it to convey. Proof texting can easily lead to wrong conclusions regarding what is the truth
of God. An argument or doctrinal stand that relies heavily on proof passages is ultimately considered
weak.
4. Proof-text Example
• Proof-text: “We should not use our intellect, understanding, or logic to comprehend God.”
– Proof-text cited to support this idea is “Can you search through God’s complex things? Can you uncover the limits of the
Almighty? These things are higher than the heavens, so what you can you do? They are deeper than Sheol, what can you
know?” – Job 11:7
– “I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to write about the dangers of
human reasoning because…”
– Idea: We should not use intellect,
understanding, or logic to comprehend God.”
5. Proof-text Example
• Idea: We should not use intellect, understanding, or logic
to comprehend God.”
• YHVH does indeed implore you to use human reasoning.
– “’Please come, and let’s reason together,’ implores the Lord. ‘Even
though your sins are scarlet, they’ll be white as snow.’” Isaiah 1:18
• Zophar is the one speaking, not YHVH!
– Zophar makes bad arguments. (The Lord to Job, the Lord spoke to
Eliphaz from Teman: “My anger is burning against you along with
your two friends, since you haven’t spoken correctly about me, as did
my servant Job.) Job 42:7
• Person tried to pawn off bad advice given by Job’s friend
as though YHVH said it, claiming that he’s “just quoting
God’s word.”
6. Proof-text
• Calvinists use the same 10 verses or roughly 100 words to support their thesis.
– Mark 4 (That seeing they may see and not perceive)
– John 6 (No can come except from Father)
– John 15 (I have chosen you)
– Ephesians 1 (He has chosen us before foundation of world)
– Ephesians 2 (By grace you are saved through faith, it is a gift)
– Ezekiel 36 (A new heart also will I give you)
– Romans 3 (There is none righteous, no not one)
– Romans 9 (I love Jacob and hate Esau)
– Romans 9 (Vessels of wrath made for destruction)
– 2 Corinthians 2 (The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers)
• I use roughly 807,361 to support mine.
7. Why does Calvinism Appeal to Intellectuals?
• Meme Complex – Mutually reinforcing ideas
• Each Proof-text is designed to support one or more of the
TULIP premises
• Canned arguments (HinduCalvinist Shuffle)
• LOGICALLY VALID!
– Valid – If the premises are true then it is impossible for the
conclusion to nevertheless be false
– Sound – Each premise is actually true
– If any premise is not true, then the rest are not true
– None of the premises are true
• Calvinists use the same 10 verses to support their thesis.
– Mark 4 (That seeing they may see and not
perceive)
– John 6 (No can come except from Father)
– John 15 (I have chosen you)
– Ephesians 1 (He has chosen us before foundation of
world)
– Ephesians 2 (By grace you are saved through faith, it is
a gift)
– Ezekiel 36 (A new heart also will I give you)
– Romans 3 (There is none righteous, no not one)
– Romans 9 (I love Jacob and hate Esau)
– Romans 9 (Vessels of wrath made for destruction)
– 2 Corinthians 2 (The god of this age has blinded the minds
of unbelievers)
9. The HinduCalvinist Shuffle Proposition 1
• Romans 3: There is none righteous
• The non-Calvinist uses the biblical text and reasoned
arguments to challenge and refute Proposition 1
– In Romans 3 is quoting Psalm 14 which is talking about Atheists and further
down the chapter Paul YHVH says He is with those who are righteous. That
means that there are righteous people
• The Calvinist then hits you with a Canned Argument from the
HinduCavlinist Playbook telling you that can’t stand a
Sovereign God or accuses you of being a Semi-Pelagian,
completely ignores everything that you just said, and moves
on to Proposition 2 without addressing any of your points
whatsoever
10. The HinduCalvinist Shuffle Proposition 2
• Acts 16: YHVH had to open Lydia’s heart before she could be
saved
• The non-Calvinist uses the biblical text and reasoned
arguments to challenge and refute Proposition 2
– Well, the text says the Lord opened Lydia’s heart to listen carefully, not be
saved. She was also already a worshiper of YHVH and therefore
“regeneration” must have happened at an earlier point in her life since you
assert that before the Lord opened Lydia’s heart that she was Totally
Depraved
• The Calvinist then hits you with a Canned Argument from the
HinduCalvinist Playbook calling you a Synergist and insists
that you must be an Open Theist, completely ignores
everything that you just said, and moves on to Proposition 3
without addressing any of your points whatsoever
11. The HinduCalvinist Shuffle Proposition 3
• John 15: Jesus told the disciples that they have not chosen
Him, but that He has chosen them, therefore they are The
Elect
• The non-Calvinist uses the biblical text and reasoned
arguments to challenge and refute Proposition 3
– Jesus was inverting the Rabbi Talmidim relationship there, telling his
disciples that they were no longer servants of a master. Besides, Jesus also
chose Judas who was a devil
• The Calvinist then hits you with a Canned Argument from the
HinduCalvinist Playbook accusing of you believing that God
can’t save you without your permission, calls you an
Arminian, completely ignores everything that you just said,
and moves on to Proposition 4 without addressing any of
your points whatsoever
12. The HinduCalvinist Shuffle Proposition 4
• Ezekiel 36 defines regeneration: God says, “A new heart also
will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will
take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give
you a heart of flesh.” This says concretely that only God can
take away the stony heart, therefore Predestination and
Election are true
• The non-Calvinist uses the biblical text and reasoned
arguments to challenge and refute Proposition 4
– The word regeneration is in Titus 3. Why are you using a Hebrew text to
define a Greek word? Furthermore, Ezekiel 18:31 says, “Cast away all of
your transgressions whereby you have transgressed, and make for yourself
a new heart and a new spirit…” This demonstrates the idea that the
individual can make a new heart for themselves before YHVH has to get
involved
• The Calvinist then hits you with a Canned Argument from the
HinduCalvinist Playbook accusing you of wanting credit for
salvation and asks, “Who are you Oh man?” to question the
mighty R.C. Sproul or John MacArthur or C.H. Spurgeon or
any of their other idols, completely ignores everything that
you just said, and moves back to Proposition 1
13. The HinduCalvinist Shuffle Proposition 1
• Romans 3: There is none righteous
• The non-Calvinist uses the biblical text and reasoned
arguments to challenge and refute Proposition 1
– In Romans 3 is quoting Psalm 14 which is talking about Atheists and further
down the chapter Paul YHVH says He is with those who are righteous. That
means that there are righteous people
• The Calvinist then hits you with a Canned Argument from the
HinduCavlinist Playbook telling you that can’t stand a
Sovereign God or accuses you of being a Semi-Pelagian,
completely ignores everything that you just said, and moves
on to Proposition 2 without addressing any of your points
whatsoever
14. Canned Arguments
• A. False Dichotomies
• This is the heart and soul of modern Calvinist
thinking and they are Logical Fallacies
– Calvinism/Arminianism
– Monergism/Synergism
– Augustine/Pelagius
– Potential/Salvationist
– Sufficient/Efficient
– Did Jesus die to save or make savable?
15. Canned Arguments
• B. Accusatory Motives
• -They will call you a “Free will worshiper”
• -They will accuse you of wanting to take credit for your
salvation
• -They will insist that you can’t stand the idea of a sovereign
God (Stoic definition of Sovereignty)
• -They will try to tell you that you are putting Man’s choice at
center stage. (They are correct)
•
• -They will insist that scriptural authority is their only
motivation. And they will do this while having a 20-book
volume set about what John Calvin thought he knew about
the bible. Or Augustine. Or Sproul. Or any of their other
idols
16. Canned Arguments
• C. Erroneous Characterizations
• -God can’t save you with your permission
• -Your God must be powerless if he’s doing everything he
can to save people and they still aren’t getting saved
• They will suggest that you suggest that God can’t get the
gospel to you without your permission
17. Canned Arguments
• D. Virtue Signaling
• -Sovereignty of God (Stoic definition of sovereignty)
• -Glory of/to God
• -Depravity of man (Gnostic Lite definition of Total Depravity)
• -You aren't really saved and can't understand (Besides
directly implying that you are an intellectual troglodyte, this
is a classic No True Scotsman Fallacy)
18. Canned Arguments
• E. Boogey Man
• -Open Theist
• -Pelagian/Semi-Pelagian
• -Arminian
• -Humanist
• -Synergist
19. Isn’t HinduCalvinist an Ad Hominem?!
Jeremy, what’s the difference between Calvinists calling you these names and you calling them
HinduCalvinists? Isn’t that an Ad Hominem attack? You are being vicious, and your tone is terribly negative!”
• Calvinist calls someone Arminian = Pelagius
– Since Pelagius is “universally” accepted as a heretic among almost all biblical scholars, the intent is to suggest that your position is
Pelagius’ position and if they can do that successfully, then your conclusion must also be heretical
– R.C. Sproul states regarding Humanism, “Humanism, in all its subtle forms, recapitulates the unvarnished Pelagianism against
which Augustine struggled.” Though Pelagius was condemned as a heretic by Rome, and its modified form, Semi-Pelagian was
likewise condemned…this view persisted throughout church history to reappear in Medieval Catholicism, Renaissance Humanism,
Socinianism, Arminianism, and modern Liberalism”
– To Calvinists, Augustine is the unassailable hero, and Pelagius is the Boogey Man
20. Isn’t HinduCalvinist an Ad Hominem?!
• Example, NonCalvinist makes Point A: Ezekiel 18:31 says that you can make for yourself a new heart and a
new spirit
– Calvinist equates Point A with a point that they assert was made by Arminius or by Pelagius
– This usually has to do with free will
– “You are using the Pelagian view of man, and Augustine’s doctrine of grace triumphed over it with the Reformation! That is man
centered theology! Who are you OH MAN to question Augustine?”
– The Calvinist has then successfully made your thinking into Pelagius’ thinking, and thus has won the argument in their minds since
they assert that the nonCalvinist is “thinking like a heretic.”
• Difference:
– They are deliberately misrepresenting the origins of your ideas.
– I am accurately representing the origins of their ideas.
21. Isn’t HinduCalvinist an Ad Hominem?!
• Problem: Can you quote anything Pelagius wrote?
• No!
– Quote where Pelagius said anything about my conclusion
regarding Ezekiel 18
– No Calvinist has ever been able to do so
• None of Pelagius’ writings are extant
– They were all destroyed as “heretical”
• The only quotes are from Pelagius’ enemies!
– His rivals
– Hearsay
• Would you want the only thing history remembers
of you to be what your enemies said that you said?
22. The Elect List
• There are 5 words for Elect/Choose/Chosen
– H927 יר ִ
חָּב Bahir
• (Noun – Chosen/Elect)
– H977 רַחָּב Bahar
• (Verb – To choose)
– G1586 ἐκλέγομαι Eklegomai
• (Verb – To choose)
– G1588 ἐκλεκτός Eklektos
• (Adjective – Chosen)
– G1589 ἐκλογή Eklogē
• (Noun – Chosen/Election)
23. The Elect List
• Items to check for in each passage (224 in Total)
– Selector (Who is doing the choosing)
– Object of Selection (Who or What is being chosen)
– Motivation of Selection (Why)
24. The Elect List
• “Then he addressed Korah and his entire company, “In the morning, may the Lord
reveal who belongs to him and who is holy. May he cause that person to approach
him. May he cause to approach him the one whom he has chosen. H977” Numbers
16:5
• Selector: YHVH. Whom: Moses and Aaron. Why: Positively identify Korah rebels.
– Sometimes cited by Calvinists
– Conditional upon the rebel’s actions
– Opposite of Unconditional
25. The Elect List
• “YHVH Elohim chose H977 you to be his people, his treasured possession from all
the nations on the face of the earth.” Deuteronomy 7:6
• Selector: YHVH. Whom: Israel. Why: Chosen people.
– Subsequent verses show that keeping an oath to their fathers is the reason these people are chosen.
Not unconditional or arbitrary, and in time, not in eternity past.
26. The Elect List
• “You are children of the Lord your God. You must not lacerate yourselves or shave
your foreheads on account of the dead, because you are a holy people to the Lord
your God, and the Lord chose H977 to make you his precious possession from
among all the nations of the Earth.” Deuteronomy 14:2
• Selector: YHVH. Whom: Israel. Why: Chosen people.
– Israel is always the precedent for "chosen" people
– Future or further occurrences of this concept that are
unspecified should go back to this precedent unless
otherwise stated in the context
27. The Elect List
• “If you think it’s the wrong thing for you to serve the Lord, then choose H977 for
yourselves today whom you will serve—the gods whom your ancestors served on
the other side of the Euphrates River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose
territories you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
Joshua 24:15
• Selector: Human. Whom: Whom to Serve. Why: Pick your Master.
– People are presented with a choice to serve the Creator with every expectation that they are capable of
making that choice and responsible for making that choice.
29. What Does YHVH Choose the Most?
• A City – Jerusalem
• Why? – His Name
– “if they return to you with all of their heart and with all of their soul in
the land of their enemies who have taken them captive, as they pray
to you in the direction of their land that you have given to their
ancestors and to the city that you have chosen, H977 and to the
Temple that I have built for your name:” 1 Kings 8:44
– “For the sake of my servant David and for the sake of Jerusalem, I
won’t tear away the entire kingdom. I’ll leave one tribe for your son to
govern. H977” 1 Kings 11:13
– “I’ll leave him one tribe for the sake of my servant David and one tribe
for the sake of Jerusalem, the city that I chose H977 from all of the
tribes of Israel.” 1 Kings 11:34
– “I’ll give one tribe to his son, so my servant David will always have a
light shining in my presence in Jerusalem, the city that I chose H977
for myself and where I have placed my name.” 1 Kings 11:36
– “Meanwhile, Solomon’s son Rehoboam reigned in Judah. Rehoboam
was 41 years old when he became king, and he reigned for seventeen
years in Jerusalem, the city where the Lord had chosen H977 from all
the tribes of Israel to place his Name.” 1 Kings 14:21
30. What Does YHVH Choose the Most?
• A City – Jerusalem
– “He also erected the carved image of Asherah that he had made inside
the Temple about which the Lord had spoken to David and to his son
Solomon, “I will put my Name forever in this Temple and in Jerusalem,
which I have chosen H977 from all of the tribes of Israel.“ 1 Kings 21:7
– “The Lord said, “I’m going to remove Judah from my sight as well, just
as I’ve removed Israel. I will abandon Jerusalem, this city that I’ve
chosen H977 as well as the Temple, about which I’ve spoken, ‘My Name
shall remain there.’” 2 Kings 23:27
– “But I have chosen H977 Jerusalem, where my name will reside. And I
have chosen H977 David to be over my people Israel.” 2 Chronicles 6:6
– “When your people go out to war against their enemies, no matter what
way you send them, and they pray to you in the direction of this city that
you have chosen H977 and in the direction of the Temple that I have
built for your name” 2 Chronicles 6:34
– “if they return to you with all of their heart and with all of their soul in
the land where they have been taken captive, as they pray in the
direction of their land that you have given to their ancestors and to the
city that you have chosen H977 and to the Temple that I have built for
your name” 2 Chronicles 6:38
31. What Does YHVH Choose the Most?
• A City – Jerusalem
– “Also announce the following: This is what the Lord of the Heavenly
Armies says: “My cities will again overflow with prosperity. The Lord
will comfort Zion once more and will choose H977 Jerusalem again.”
Zechariah 1:17
– “The Lord will take possession of Judah as his own property in the Holy
Land—and he will choose H977 Jerusalem again.” Zechariah 2:12
– “The Lord told Satan, ‘The Lord rebuke you, Satan—in fact, may the
Lord who has chosen H977 Jerusalem rebuke you! This man is a
burning brand plucked from the fire, is he not?’” Zechariah 3:2
32. The Temple and The Name
• Solomon’s Temple Dedication (1 Kings 8)
– “From the day I brought out my people Israel from Egypt I never chose a city from all the tribes
of Israel to build a temple where my name might reside.”
– “My father David wanted to build a temple for the name of the Lord…”
– “Therefore, since you determined to build a temple for my name, you acted well…”
– “but your son who will be born to you is to build a temple for my name.”
– “I have built the Temple for the name of the Lord…”
– “Let your eyes always look toward this Temple night and day, toward the location where you
have said ‘My name will reside there.’”
– “and they pray in the direction of this place, confessing your name and turning from their sin
when you afflict them…”
– “Now concerning the foreigner who is not from your people Israel, when he comes from a land
far away for the sake of your name (for people will hear of your great name, your mighty acts…”
– “so that all the people of the earth may know your name, fear you as do your people Israel, and
so they may know that this Temple that I have built is called by your name.”
– “and in the direction of the Temple that I have built for your name…”
– “and to the Temple that I have built for your name…”
– “I hereby also decree that whoever shall alter the wording of this edict, let his residence be torn
down for timber to build a gallows, hang him on it, and turn his home into an outhouse. And may
the Ela who causes his Name to rest there destroy any king or people who might attempt to
destroy this Temple of Ela in Jerusalem.” Ezra 6:11-12

down his life for his friends. You are my friends, if you do what I command you. I don’t call you servants anymore, because a
servant doesn’t know what his master is doing. But I’ve called you friends, because I’ve made known to you everything that
I’ve heard from my Father. You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you. I have appointed you to go and produce fruit that
will last, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. I am giving you these commandments so that
you may love one another.” -John 15:11-15
• Jesus had just washed their feet
• Peter objected!
• Jesus was taking the servant status away from his Talmidim
• They became his friends
• Disciples understood “You did not choose me” because they all knew
the rejection of not being chosen for Bet Talmud
• Jesus inverted the Master/Servant relationship
53. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
• “just as he chose G1586 us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in his presence.” Ephesians 1:4
54. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
• “just as he chose G1586 us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in
his presence.” Ephesians 1:4
• Selector: YHVH. Whom: Us once we are “in Christ.” Why: To be holy and without blame.
• Ephesians 1:4 is probably the single most misquoted verse by HinduCalvinists in history.
• “In Christ” left out of headlines and quotes
• “In Christ” is the key to the entire passage
55. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
1. Jesus is The Elect. Jesus is the Chosen. Not you. “When Jesus became aware of this, he left that
place. Many crowds followed him, and he healed all of them, ordering them not to make him known.
This was to fulfill what was declared by the prophet Isaiah when he said, ‘Here is my Servant whom I
have chosen, whom I love, and with whom I am pleased! I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim
justice to unbelievers.” Matthew 12:15-18
2. You did not exist before the foundation of the world
3. Jesus did exist before the foundation of the world. “So now, Father, glorify me in your presence with
the glory I had with you before the world existed.” John 17:5 “Father, I want those you have given me to
be with me where I am and to see my glory, which you gave me because you loved me before the
creation of the world” John 17:24
56. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
4. There was a time in your life before you, as a believer, were not in Christ.
“At that time you were without Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel, and strangers to the covenants of
promise. You had no hope and were in the world without God.” Ephesians 2:12
“Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellow-prisoners, who are of note among the apostles,
who also were in Christ before me.” Romans 16:7
57. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
5. If a person who is not in Christ never believes and trusts in Jesus, then Jesus will never have known
them.
“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have
cast out devils? And in your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never
knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.” Matthew 7:22, 23
6. Once a person is saved, then YHVH knows them.
“But now that you know God, or rather have been known by God, how can you turn back again to those
powerless and bankrupt basic principles?” Galatians 4:9
7. The Holy Spirit does not magically regenerate anyone. The Holy Spirit has an extremely specific job for
unbelievers. He convicts the entire world of sin, righteousness, and judgement. That is it.
“When he comes, he will convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment - of sin, because they don’t
believe in me;” John 16:8
58. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
8. Once you are saved, and only after you are born saved, you are baptized into one body. The body of
Jesus. You inherit his attributes, become a new creation, and you become co-heirs with Jesus.
“For by one Spirit all of us—Jews and Greeks, slaves and free—were baptized into one body and were all
privileged to drink from one Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:13
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have disappeared, and—look! —all things
have become new!” 1 Corinthians 12:13
“Now you are the Messiah’s body and individual parts of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:27
“Now if we are children, we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with the Messiah” Romans 8:17
• In Ephesians 1:3-4 the believer gets a new past in Jesus
• In Ephesians 1:5-14 the believer gets a new future in Jesus
• In Ephesians 1:15-23 the believer gets new knowledge in Jesus
• In Ephesians 2 the believer gets a new life in Jesus
59. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
“According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and
without blame before him in love.” Ephesians 1:4
In love
“Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am and to see my glory, which you gave me
because you loved me before the creation of the world” John 17:24
• This is not about you being chosen
• This is about Jesus being chosen
• These verses are about Jesus and we get to inherit His properties once we become a part of His body
• That love that Jesus had with the Father before the foundation of the world is what the sinner gets after
he places his trust in Jesus!
• The sinner does not have it from before the foundation of the world.
• “That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom you also trusted, after
that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that you believed, you
were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise” Ephesians 1:12,13
60. Chosen before the Foundation of the World
Calvinist Rebuttal: Well of course you did not exist before the foundation of the world. You were simply
chosen before the foundation of the world to be in Christ by divine Election.
Problem:
We have established that during a believer’s life there is a point before they are saved where they are not in
Christ. If what the Calvinist says is true and you were in Christ since before the foundation of the world
then at what point did Christ lose you? Worse still, if Christ lost you once, can the Calvinist explain why
Christ couldn’t lose you again?
