Haryana Judiciary Eligibility
● Candidates must have completed a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from a
government-approved University in India or be an Advocate enrolled under the
Advocate Act, 1961, authorized to practice in the High Court or courts subordinate to
it.
● Candidates should be at least 21 years old and, at most, 42 years old.
● Reserved category candidates of Haryana for which no post is available or reserved
can apply for the General category posts if they fulfill the eligibility criteria, as meant
for General category candidates, except fees. Also, they must attach a scanned copy
of their caste certificate to claim fee concession. The reserved category candidates
from other states will compete against the posts meant for the General Category.
They are considered general category candidates as no reservation or fee
concession is available.

proof for the same.

Candidates are called for the viva voce if they obtain at least 50% marks in the aggregate of
all the written papers. For those belonging to the SC/ST, backward classes, physically
handicapped, and ex-serviceman candidates only (but not dependents of ESM), the
qualifying marks are 45%.

6. HCS Interview Round
The personality exam is worth 75 marks, and only qualified candidates are invited. The
applicant who receives higher marks than the HCS cut-off marks is invited to take this
interview round.
The final merit list marks are out of 675 marks; the Mains exam and interview marks are
counted for preparing the final merit list.
