Harris & Company, Inc. originated in June 1988. The Company’s focus has been Industrial, Commercial and
Investment real estate. Harris & Company is actively involved in the management of assets, valuations,
receiverships, and foreclosures coupled with development of commercial and industrial properties. Since 1988
Harris & Company, has been among the top twenty-five Commercial Real Estate Brokers as listed in the
Tampa Bay Business Journal. Marshall S. Harris, the company’s President has actively listed, marketed, and

Objectives
Harris & Company, will consult with the client to determine the owner’s goals and objectives. The basic goal is
to maximize price and financing terms and expedite the transaction, thereby accomplishing the client’s

Valuation Analysis
Harris & Company, will analyze the property’s location the physical attributes and the dynamics of the
marketplace to determine its value. Cost, income, and market data and experience are used to arrive at the
valuation conclusion. Market research is conducted as required to supplement the extensive information
already existing in the computerized market data files. When the client buys, sells, or leases a property through
Harris & Company, they will feel secure in knowing that all the necessary information is provided based upon
an in-depth study, thereby having the proper tools to make an informed decision.
Marketing Program
Our sales, leasing and marketing program are designed to present your property effectively and professionally
to the appropriate target markets. We will create a marketing brochure and a complete detailed offering
prospectus. We utilize direct mail, multiple listing services, advertising, signs, internet, and direct contact
followed up with written activity reports to the owner at their request. In addition, our telephones are answered
by our diligent staff.
Real Estate Disposition
Harris & Company, using the procedures defined above, will market the property at the highest possible price in
the shortest possible time period. We have access to investment and commercial property buyers ranging from
local investors to national real estate corporations. Harris & Company, will structure and arrange financing to
expedite the transaction. In some cases, a real estate exchange is a desired vehicle to facilitate specific tax
requirements.
