that would make life easier.
3. A week before, every member of the agency pitched a
handful of ideas and a vote was taken.

day?
✓ It allows you to experiment with innovation outside of the usual
client realms.

✓ It’s a great team building exercise - especially between teams
that wouldn’t normally work on the same projects.

✓ Products can be developed that can add real value to clients.

✓ It’s a great way for every member of the agency to put their hand
to something new - everyone in the team gets a chance to see
how the other half work.
