Dr. Florence L. Hamn has over 30 years of experience in leadership and management roles within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation. She has held positions such as Deputy Manager for International Aviation Policy at the FAA, overseeing the agency's international activities, and Manager of the Safe Skies for Africa Program. Dr. Hamn also has experience as a consultant assisting companies and organizations with business management, leadership, and document preparation. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Maryland and Bowie State University.
