Central Bank of Jordan – Refurbishment of the Grand Banking Hall – Amman:
Project Construction cost: 2,000,000 JOD
Project Description:
The Central Bank of Jordan Grand Banking Hall
is over forty years old. The project aimed to give
it a new look through major refurbishment
project. The main entrance hall, treasury and
accounting departments were also added to that
important part of the bank. The double height hall
was grandly designed to keep the quality of its
huge volume and overcome the problem of having
two huge columns off its center. The hall contains
ten bullet proof exchange teller boxes. The design
contained highly sophisticated levels of security,
firefighting system and all related electrical and
mechanical systems.

Petra visitor Center:
Project Construction cost: 744, 439 JOD
The PETRA in collaboration with the
USAID Jordan Tourism Development
Project developed a design solution for
the upgrade of the existing visitor center
building. The visitor center consist of
Ground floor with an area of 980m2 &
Basement of 380m2.
The works including: The interior design
works for the existing Petra visitor center,
Graphic designs and Interpretation works
as per the RFP requirements for the
existing Petra visitor center.
The upgrade project greatly enhances the
existing building and reclaims most of its
areas towards serving the visitors and
interpretation spaces, the Consultants
were awarded the interior design
development and interpretation works for
the PVC. The design has been
successfully completed through a high
qualified team of consultants and other
sub– consultants.

Engineering Training Center:
The Owner: Jordan Engineering Association
This is a full refurbishment project for a
running engineering training center with
very limited budget and ambitious ideas of
having a green sustainable design that
harmonize with the center's policy of
sustainability. The center comprised
number of training halls equipped with the
state of the art computer systems and
electrical installations.
. Conduct the interior designs and designs development for the existing building; the remodeling
looked carefully at the program from one side and the existing building from another side;
minimum intervention was suggested keeping the most of the existing facility elements where
possible for keeping the new construction materials in minimum levels and cost to the minimum

The project is a mixed used building with
total approximate built up area about
20129 m2; the project includes the
following main parts: The new center for
Tafileh city municipality (3095 m2),
Public Library, Cultural & training center

features) to be considered as outlet for
residents and visitors to the city center.

Al-Karak Hospital:
The Extension of Al-Karak Governmental
Teaching Hospital is located in Karak
south of Jordan with a built up area of
15600m2 and total capacity of 121 beds.
Design Development, follow ups to obtain
the approvals form Jordan Engineering
Association, Civil Defence Department as
per standards and regulations& Coordinate
with other disciplines to complete the
design as per technical requirements.
Supreme Criminal Court:
A 10000 sq. m. project that houses four
grand court halls with all other supportive
offices and justice facilities according to
highest international standards shops.

Jordan institution for standards and metrology:
This project is located on a five donums
land, and includes the following: Main
Buildings: administrative offices with halls
in the middle, which consists of three
stories Basement, Ground and First floor
with a total area of 1340 m2, joined by the
lateral sides with a 509.40 m2 taxi counters
examination/calibration hall, on the other
side, the tanks examination/calibration hall
which consists of three stories with a total
area of 975 m2.Ancillary buildings:
Security building, Truck Weighing
Bridges. The work includes all external works such as: fences, yards, and parking.

Amman New Customs Depot – Madhona:
This project was financed and
supervised by the World Bank, managed
by Dar Al-Handasa, the owner’s rep.
was the Ministry of Public Works and
Housing. An international customs
expert played an advisory role to
guarantee the international state of the
art standards for this facility.
The 440000 m2
site was planned to
handle in-going, out-going and transit
movement of goods. The outstanding
particularity of functions and
movements within the site made this
project a complicated assignment to tackle. The site comprises large areas of open yards for
parking, queuing, inspections and storage, in addition to a group of concrete buildings, and steel
structure storage facilities, of total built up area of 46670 m2
. The area of open yards and roads is
153000 m2
.
Jordanian Duty Free Shops Warehouse - AlQastel:
This is a Warehouse building for the
Duty Free Markets Company with total
area of 4940 m2, the building consists of
two connected parts: the first part, is a
concrete building and consists of: a
basement floor containing the services of
the building (warehouse, wc.s, buffet,
multi-uses open space), the ground floor
contains stores connected with a steel
hunger, the first floor: contains the
administrative offices.
Jordan Islamic Bank—Renovation of External Facades:

Tourist development of Tafileh downtown:
The project includes development of Tafila old 'Qasaba' with renovation and adaptive reuse of
buildings spread on both sides along 600 meters road, in a variety of uses between residential and
commercial .The project includes the main following parts:
A- Development of Tafila Castle (Tafila Castle Visitors Centre).
B- Development of a viewing platform.
C - Development of Castle Urban Square.
D - Development of Nashash Mosque façade.
E- Renovation/Rehabilitation of facades of both heritage and modern buildings.
Advanced Learning School in Riyadh Saudi Arabia:
The project total designed area around
32,000 sq. on a 100,000 sq. m land.
The school campus is planned to have a
coed KG to 3rd grade school, and
segregated facilities from grades 4th to
8th, and 9th to 12th.
Additionally there are other shared
facilities that include a Theater, Art
&Music, Workshop, Gymnasium, and
the Central Administration.
My role was managing a team working
on parts of project from design
development to tender document stage.

The Project for Ministry of Defense in
Sadia Arabia. The project total designed
area around 190, 000 sq., and total built
up area to 421,000 sq. The project of 81
types of buildings (housing, Admin,

workshops, Gates, services, and utility
buildings.) which will be adopted later in
different site ion Saudi Arabia. Our
