H2 administration, in several studies, has proven to be beneficial for the well-being of health. The
study's objective was to understand and investigate the long-term results of the offspring in the
lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced maternal immune activation(MIA)model and the impact of
maternal molecular hydrogen administration.
The researchers had earlier shown in the MIA mouse model the effects of the administration of H2.
Hydrogen H2 administration reduced oxidative damage and neuroinflammation , pro-inflammatory
cytokines, and microglial activation in the fetal brain.

Social Media and the Social Identity & Knowledge Gap TheoryDavid Onoue
This presentation examines two communication theories and its relevance to modern social media. The first is social identity theory, developed by Henri Tajfel and John Turner, which asserts that group membership creates in-group/self-categorization and enhancement in ways that favor the in-group at the expense of the out-group. The second is knowledge gap theory first purposed by Philip Turner, George Donohue, and Clarice Olien. They believed that the increase of information in society is not evenly acquired by every member of society. People with higher socioeconomic status tend to have better ability to acquire information.

Hydrogen Therapy in Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases - Review (1)_compre...FasTrax Solutions
H2 is produced by mammals by the intestinal bacteria hydrogen, and the earth’s atmosphere comprises less than 1 part per million (ppm) of H2. H2 is a highly combustible diatomic gas when activated by a catalyst or heat. It takes 527 °C of temperature for H2 to be flammable, and it can explode with a chain reaction with O2 when the H2 concentration ranges from 4% to 75% vol/vol. Moreover, at approximately .8mM (1.6 ppm, wt./vol) and 1 atmospheric pressure H2 is soluble in water.
Hydrogen (H2), a colorless, odorless, and lightest gas molecule, has been found to be impactful in regulating the homeostasis of the cardiovascular system and metabolic activity. H2, when introduced into a human body through different methods, helps treat cardiovascular and metabolic diseases like vascular injury, ischemic or hypertrophic ventricular remodeling, atherosclerosis, intermittent hypoxia, heart transplantation-induced heart injury, obesity, and diabetes in animal models or in clinical trials. The H2 review was conducted by Zhang Y., Tan S., Xu J., and Wang T., to explain the chemical and physical properties of hydrogen, its therapeutic potential, and the molecular mechanisms involved in the diseases mentioned above.
Several clinical and basic studies in the last year have revealed that H2 is a critical pathophysiological regulatory factor with anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic effects on cells and organs.
Studying Molecular Hydrogen Gas Inhalation's Effectiveness in the Treatment o...FasTrax Solutions
Humans have known about the benefits of molecular hydrogen since the late 18th century. Several studies have shown it to be well-tolerated, initially in animals and then in humans as well. Researchers have increasingly started researching to confirm and prove the beneficial effects of molecular hydrogen in mammalian physiology. Moreover, molecular hydrogen (H2) inhalation is increasingly becoming popular because of its therapeutic antioxidant benefits. However, most people are still a bit skeptical about the idea of utilizing this electrochemically neutral and non-polar diatomic compound.
Several studies prove the fact that the inhalation of molecular hydrogen (H2) is safe and can traverse the blood-brain barrier. One such study that evaluates the effects of inhalation of molecular hydrogen (H2) in humans with acute cerebral infarction was published in the Journal of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases. Molecular hydrogen (H2) behaves as a therapeutic antioxidant, and inhalation of H2 (1-4%) was markedly effective for treating cerebral infarction in a rat model. Furthermore, improvements were seen in a rat model of cardiac arrest when normoxic resuscitation was accompanied by molecular hydrogen inhalation. Also, the safety of H2 inhalation was conducted on subjects with post-cardiac arrest conditions and acute cerebral ischemia. Additionally, over 20 clinical experiences were conducted to examine the effectiveness of H2, including double-blinded pilot clinical studies. Therefore, a randomized and controlled clinical study is required to evaluate the overall positive effects of H2 inhalation in humans.
The Potential of Molecular Hydrogen in Treating Ovarian Cancer_compressed (1)...FasTrax Solutions
One of the leading causes of cancer-related death among women is ovarian cancer. It has an insidious onset and there is a lack of early diagnosis of cancer symptoms. Ovarian cancer is classified into three types: epithelial ovarian carcinomas, germ cell tumors, and stromal cell tumors. The treatment for ovarian cancer entails a large amount of surgery followed by chemotherapy.
Despite carrying out intense research on how to get the best treatment for ovarian cancer, its overall cure rate has been about 30% for the last 2 decades. Therefore, this led to the need to explore non-toxic and anti-tumor molecules for treating ovarian cancer.
One case study regarding the potential of molecular hydrogen in treating ovarian cancer was published in the Translational Cancer Research journal. Let us have a general discussion of this case study in detail:
The Role of Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy in Treating Traumatic Brain Injury-co...FasTrax Solutions
Inhaled hydrogen gas (H2) is proven to have significant protective effects on ischemic organs. Clinical trials abroad have shown promise that specific health issues like stroke, cardiac arrest, or heart attacks help benefit from inhaling hydrogen gas during the early recovery period. Hydrogen gas could reduce cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing cytotoxic reactive oxygen species. It has opened a new chapter in medical research and application. Many studies have shown that hydrogen plays a therapeutic role via the mechanism of antioxidant stress in diseases like central nervous system diseases, respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, digestive system diseases, urinary system diseases, and other diseases.

ABDOMINAL TRAUMA in pediatrics part one.drhasanrajab
Abdominal trauma in pediatrics refers to injuries or damage to the abdominal organs in children. It can occur due to various causes such as falls, motor vehicle accidents, sports-related injuries, and physical abuse. Children are more vulnerable to abdominal trauma due to their unique anatomical and physiological characteristics. Signs and symptoms include abdominal pain, tenderness, distension, vomiting, and signs of shock. Diagnosis involves physical examination, imaging studies, and laboratory tests. Management depends on the severity and may involve conservative treatment or surgical intervention. Prevention is crucial in reducing the incidence of abdominal trauma in children.

Illustrate the biochemical cascade triggered by odorant binding to olfactory receptors, including the role of G-proteins and second messengers in generating an action potential.
Identify different types of olfactory disorders such as anosmia, hyposmia, hyperosmia, and dysosmia, including their potential causes.
Key Topics:
Olfactory Genes:
3% of the human genome accounts for olfactory genes.
400 genes for odorant receptors.
Olfactory Membrane:
Located in the superior part of the nasal cavity.
Medially: Folds downward along the superior septum.
Laterally: Folds over the superior turbinate and upper surface of the middle turbinate.
Total surface area: 5-10 square centimeters.
Olfactory Mucosa:
Olfactory Cells: Bipolar nerve cells derived from the CNS (100 million), with 4-25 olfactory cilia per cell.
Sustentacular Cells: Produce mucus and maintain ionic and molecular environment.
Basal Cells: Replace worn-out olfactory cells with an average lifespan of 1-2 months.
Bowman’s Gland: Secretes mucus.
Stimulation of Olfactory Cells:
Odorant dissolves in mucus and attaches to receptors on olfactory cilia.
Involves a cascade effect through G-proteins and second messengers, leading to depolarization and action potential generation in the olfactory nerve.
Quality of a Good Odorant:
Small (3-20 Carbon atoms), volatile, water-soluble, and lipid-soluble.
Facilitated by odorant-binding proteins in mucus.
Membrane Potential and Action Potential:
Resting membrane potential: -55mV.
Action potential frequency in the olfactory nerve increases with odorant strength.
Adaptation Towards the Sense of Smell:
Rapid adaptation within the first second, with further slow adaptation.
Psychological adaptation greater than receptor adaptation, involving feedback inhibition from the central nervous system.
Primary Sensations of Smell:
Camphoraceous, Musky, Floral, Pepperminty, Ethereal, Pungent, Putrid.
Odor Detection Threshold:
Examples: Hydrogen sulfide (0.0005 ppm), Methyl-mercaptan (0.002 ppm).
Some toxic substances are odorless at lethal concentrations.
Characteristics of Smell:
Odor blindness for single substances due to lack of appropriate receptor protein.
Behavioral and emotional influences of smell.
Transmission of Olfactory Signals:
From olfactory cells to glomeruli in the olfactory bulb, involving lateral inhibition.
Primitive, less old, and new olfactory systems with different path
