The Judge and Clerks did the following to pretend SMJ/Sufficiency of Pleading:
(1) Coordinated court via phone. I was on phone in Maryland as an ADA Rep for my cousin
everyone else (e.g., Judge, Clerks, Defendant s: Zurich and Para-trans drive and
Zurich’s attorneys (Leslie and her Boss) would be in court.
(2) To protect our interest, I had my family in Washington State show up. I did not tell the
court that they was coming. When Zurich’s attorneys saw the family, they ran out of the
