Gerekli alan ihtiyacının büyük olması
nedeniyle sistemin ilk yatırım maliyeti
yüksektir. Ancak Güneş Bacaları İşletim
ve bakım masrafları çok düşük olan
sistemlerdir.

imkanlarla üretilebilir olması
en önemli özelliklerinden biridir.
