has satisfied all financial conditions.
2. To thereafter withdraw the defendant's plea, reduce the matter to a misdemeanor, and
dismiss the matter, pursuant to California Penal Code § 1203.4.
These motions axe both made with the consent of California Attorney General Natasha
Howard (213-269-6176), who represents the People in this matter.

2018to aviolation ofCount7oftheInformation,charging second degree commercialburglary
in violation ofPenal Code §459.
The Courtsuspended impositionofjudgment,and placedthedefendantonprobationfor
aperiod of5 years.
Asthe Courtwill beinformed byDr.Gumrukcu'sprobation officer,hehasperformed
verywellonprobation.Asaresult,theprobationofficerhasnoobjectiontoearlyterminationof
probation.
Contemporaneous withthefilingofthemotion,thedefendanthaslodged withtheCourt
aform CR-180whichseeksthereliefrequested underPenalCode§ 1203.4.Counselhasnot
checkedtheboxontheformindicatingthatthedefendant'sprobationhasbeenterminated,and
