• Organizational
• Educational

4. PHYSICAL SAFETY

workers while they are on-the-job, employers should
make sure the workplace is secure. Some important
steps that you can take or recommend to the senior
management are: collect valid photo identification
documents from security guards, drivers, janitors, and
all casual staff.

companies throughout the world. All employees want
assurance of their safety and protection. Workplace
safety is a critical issue. Employers should ensure that
their employees are working in a safe environment.

from the statistics and cases on sexual harassment in the
