Genuine Student Evaluation
And
Student Credential Evaluation(GSE/SCE)
RTC Knowledge Services Private Limited
Why Evaluating
is Crucial to University Success?
Worldwide demand for higher education is growing at an exponential rate, driven by
demographic trends and increased globalization of economies and societies.
With the increasing demand it becomes a mandate for universities and colleges to get
genuine student. The ability to attract students from across the globe enhances the
reputation as well as cultural life of universities --- to the benefit of all students and staff,
thus pre-checks are required.
Keeping the above scenario into consideration we had formed a team, which would help
to evaluate the credentials and work rigorously to ensure that the student Visa Program is
used as intended and not used by international students to maintain ongoing residency of
the student in Australia/ UK / USA / Canada.
We do GTE/ GSE assessment based on the risk level of the markets to ensure that an
applicant is coming to Australia / UK/ USA / Canada temporarily to gain a quality
education. Our GTE / GSE assessment involves rigorous checks which includes academic
& financial assessment, employment history verification, VISA history, SOP, study gap and
personal details( immigration history, marital status, dependent status) review.
General Student Visa Criteria
1. Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE).
2. Genuine temporary entrant.
3. Sufficient funds for airfares, course fees and living costs.
4. English language proficiency.
5. Age limitations.
6. Meet health & character requirements.
7. Employment History.
8. Educational Qualification.
9. Marital status
• We have a dedicated team which checks the applicants’ previous
travelling history, VISA granted or rejected, Passport and other
related documents to make sure that the applicant meets all the
criteria for their new student VISA.
• We have also developed our own VISA approval rating tool that
allow us to check the applicants chances of getting the student
VISA based on their overall profile.
General Student
Visa Criteria
Our Milestones
We are a team of 50 qualified and
certified professionals who have
extensive experience in assessment
and processing of students
application for Australia and UK
Our team has handled
more than 100 K applications
for UK universities &
above 25 K
applications for
Australian universities
We currently do assessments of
students from China, Hong-Kong,
Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and
Pakistan.
We also have well versed
knowledge of International
qualifications of other countries
as well
We have handled about 10 K GTE
assessment for Australian Universities and
identified 100’s of Fraudulent documents.
Currently we are providing our admission
services to UK ISC’s/ Universities and
assessing the Applicant’s credibility to
identify the genuineness of the students and
identified over 2K doubtful profiles
‘The extent to which employees are motivated to contribute to
organisational success and are willing to apply discretionary
effort to accomplish tasks important to the achievement of
organizational goals’.

• Sri Lanka
• Syria
All other countries will be considered
under the standard process

Checks (Proposed updates in red) Examples / Scenarios
Checking that the course duration matches the length of time the applicant took to finish
(taking into account backlogs, retakes, and supplementary evidence to prove why the
course took that long).
3 year UG course completed in 4 or 5 years
If there is repeated/dropped level of study – must provide personal statement. Students having previously completed a Master’s applying for PMP course
Checking for a change of school board/awarding bodies across different years Student has completed SSC from CBSE board and then completed HSC from Punjab Board
(State board) having a gap of 3 years- It has been seen that they got failed from CBSE in
HSC and then changed the board that is why they have taken 3 year instead of 2 year.
Assess total number of backlogs (repeated years) Maximum 16 fails for a 4 year degree in a technical course
Applicants with qualifications from fake boards to be rejected There are about 45 fake boards in India, can be found on
https://recruitmentresult.com/fake-board-list-in-india/#FB
Where different qualifications provided from different agents, applicants to be rejected
immediately
From agent A, student has completed Year 12 and from Agent B completed Diploma in
Business Management during same period.
Checking the legitimacy and acceptability of supplementary courses, private diplomas
and open learning courses
Diplomas after HSC or SSC from private institute should not be considered. Like Diploma
in Computer Application because they are part time courses and completed from Local
institute.

Evaluation of acceptable proof for covering gap - Max continuous study gap of 18
months for Foundation & IY1, 3 years for Pre-Masters
A personal statement can be accepted for a gap less than 18 months/3 years. For gaps
over this – applicable academic, employment or any other checks may be required
depending on the explanation and evidence provided
Study Gap
Checks (Proposed updates in red) Examples / Scenarios
Assessment of the genuineness of documents:
Academic, employment, other
Academic documents to be verified online where possible (e.g. Cambridge Exams,
CBSE, WAEC, IB), admissions will check if the qualification from an accredited
institution (from official sources such as NARIC), and failing the ability to officially verify
the documents, admissions will check that the institution holds up to scrutiny.
Registered companies / websites mentioned in employment letter should be existing
on the said dates.
