GTA V is an open world game with both a story mode and online multiplayer. The story mode features three playable characters and player choice in missions. Over 160 million copies of GTA V have been sold across consoles and PC. While many originally played on consoles, the PC version is growing in popularity due to role-playing servers only available on computer. The author enjoys GTA V for its endless gameplay, variety of activities with friends, and realistic open world environment. They have not tried virtual reality gaming but are curious to try zombie games in virtual reality as the technology advances.

Video games that can be played by two or more people in the same room, also known as local multiplayer games, are going through a very popular phase. More and more independent developers are creating this sort of games specifically for smartphones and tablets, taking advantage of the new opportunities offered by touch screens – in this talk we're looking at some of the most successful and interesting examples.
I gave this talk on July 20 2013 during Republika Fest in Rijeka, Croatia, as part of the A MAZE. Indie Pop-Up event, where I also curated a small exhibition of local multiplayer games for touch screen devices. For the occasion I launched www.localmultiplayer.com – a website with resources about this specific kind of games.

The interviewee provided their perspectives on including unlockable avatars, game genre preferences, and difficulty levels in games. Specifically:
1. They agreed unlockable avatars give players a more rewarding experience and replayability by working towards new avatars.
2. While preferring freedom of movement in all directions, they noted side scrollers can still work if unique in art/story.
3. Multiple difficulty levels were recommended over just one, to provide challenges for replayability, and rewards should be offered for higher difficulties.

The goal of this presentation was to inspire and to provoke, as well as provide some handholds for participants to use in their own subsequent work.

Presented at the CAiSE 2024 Forum, Intelligent Information Systems, June 6th, Limassol, Cyprus.
Synopsis: Cooperative information systems typically involve various entities in a collaborative process within a distributed environment. Blockchain technology offers a mechanism for automating such processes, even when only partial trust exists among participants. The data stored on the blockchain is replicated across all nodes in the network, ensuring accessibility to all participants. While this aspect facilitates traceability, integrity, and persistence, it poses challenges for adopting public blockchains in enterprise settings due to confidentiality issues. In this paper, we present a software tool named Control Access via Key Encryption (CAKE), designed to ensure data confidentiality in scenarios involving public blockchains. After outlining its core components and functionalities, we showcase the application of CAKE in the context of a real-world cyber-security project within the logistics domain.

- 2. What the game is about? -It is a game that has you online and story mode, The story mode is one of the best known in the world of video games. There are people who are still repeating their missions today. Online is one of the games where players have played more hours, today if you keep playing, you never get tired, you can do from racing with cars or motorcycles, and also steal benches.
- 3. History is a game related to criminals and they have 3 characters, you go forward and do missions and everything is related. You make the decision at the end of the game.
- 4. How many copies have been sold, in which platforms can this game be used and in which one do you play it and why? GTA has surpassed 160 million copies in most games. It can be played on console and computer, a few years ago everyone played it on console but now there is a mode that is only available with computer (ROLEPLAY) and this has caused many people to play it from the computer. I personally played with the console always and sometimes with the computer.
- 5. Why do you like it? I like it because it is a free game that never ends, you always have things to do and it is the best online game that eh played is very fun to play with friends. Looks like you're in real life, you can buy food, clothes, change your look and a thousand other things.
- 6. Have you ever tried any virtual reality game? I haven't had a chance to ever play a virtual, or even try on glasses. If you have the opportunity to try them I would like to play zombies, I've always been curious, the future is getting closer and closer and the idea of playing a game in a virtual way seems very good to me.
- 7. How do you imagine the gaming sector in the next 5 / 10 / 20... years? I think that all the technologies have advanced a lot and the games will be much better in all aspects.
