A Review of FDM Based Parts to Act as Rapid ToolingIJMER
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one from basic Rapid Prototyping (RP) technologies
used in technical practice. In this contribution are presented basic information about parameters such
as layer thickness, part build orientation, raster angle, raster width and air gap. This study provides
insight into complex dependency of strength on process parameters. In this paper microphotographs
are used to show the mechanism of failure. The major reason for weak strength is attributed to
distortion within or between the layers.Developing a curved layer deposition methodology can
improve part quality by reduced lamination, reduction in the staircase effect which leads to improved
dimensional accuracy of the part. Less effort has been made to increase the range of FDM materials
to include metals or metal based composites with the help of metal based composite direct rapid
tooling will allow fabrication of injection moulding dies and inserts with desired thermal and
mechanical properties suitable for using directly in injection moulding machines for short term or
long term production runs

the paper aim is to presenting the heat transfer analysis of refrigerant flow in an evaporator
tube is done. The main objective of this paper is to find the length of the evaporator tube for a pre-defined
refrigerant inlet state such that the refrigerant at the tube outlet is superheated. The problem involves
refrigerant flowing inside a straight, horizontal copper tube over which water is in cross flow. Inlet
condition of the both fluids and evaporator tube detail except its length are specified. here pressure and
enthalpy at discrete points along the tube are calculated by using two-phase frictional pressure drop model.
Predicted values were compared using another different pressure drop model. A computer-code using
Turbo C has been developed for performing the entire calculation

Also to determine the load and stress to occurs on the human rib cage at any accident. Also find the maximum load sustain capacity of human rib cage and according to the load sustain capacity of the human rib cage by finite element analysis and search a material as like a bone cement and it take on a rib fracture and see the result . This paper is only of to nullify the rib fracture as present medical treatment give the elastic belt but due to respiration, the human ribs are contract and relax that’s the rib fracture are only minimize not a nullify. The human models are considered in between age 15 to 40 year. The Simulation result shows a good agreement with the cadaver test data.

going for this data transmission through the power lines which is common and much feasible since
power line is used at all homes. In this paper we have concentrated much in the receiver module where
the receiver receives the data through the power lines through which we can know the readings of
amount of usage of power at each homes and also the power theft if it occurs anywhere.by this way we
no need to generate any particular infrastructure for transmitting an d receiving instead we can use the
power line itself.This is the work done in NLC,TAMILNADU india which is very less explained in this
paper.

reflect the user needs. Fuzzy c-means algorithm uses the reciprocal of distances to decide the cluster
centers. Ranking model is used to provide ranks to the URL based on the user search
feedbacks. Evaluate the performance using “Classified Average Precision (CAP)” for user search

The sinusoidal PWM gating signals generation is most popular PWM method, which reduce
harmonic reduction in output. SPWM can be generated by FPGA, micro controller and micro processor but
this kind of device needs programming and coding hence avoided in using power system of aircraft. This
paper present an experiment using SPWM method to generate 1000 Hz gating signals suitable for 36 Volt ,
1000 Hz, 3 phase, three wire supply. Discrete components design approach is chosen to provide noise
immunity at higher amplitude level of signal and a large flexibility to adjust and process various operating
parameters of signals. The circuit is proved with commercial components however MIL version of
components can be easily incorporated in design in later stage

Indian Construction industry is large, volatile, and requires tremendous capital outlays. Typically, the work offers low rates of return in relation to the amount of risk involved. A unique element of risk in the industry is the manner in which disputes and claims are woven through the fibre of the construction process. Delay is generally acknowledged as the most common, costly, complex and risky problem encountered in construction projects. Because of the overriding importance of time for both the Owner and the Contractor, it is the source of frequent disputes and claims leading to lawsuits. The growing rate of delays is adversely affecting the timely delivery of construction projects. Presently construction industries are facing a lot of problems, considering that a paper assess construction stakeholder’s perception to the causes of delays and its effects on project delivery. And also one case study is considered in this paper to elicit responses from construction stakeholders. The primary aim of this paper is to identify the perceptions of the different parties regarding causes of delays, the allocation of responsibilities and the types of delays, and method of minimizing the construction delays
