This presentation introduces the four group members through short autobiographies: - Cristy Ampania shares about her upbringing, faith, dreams of helping her family, and strengths/weaknesses. - Miriam De Leon introduces herself and her dream of being a flight attendant. She discusses her close relationship with her mother and faith. - Jaylon Juan presents himself as a gamer who finds happiness with his supportive family, sharing photos of them bonding. - Cee-jay Peralta's story begins with his childhood and introduction of his mother and family who support him. He is currently in senior high school studying ABM.

3. Every individual has a story to tell and yet we are
the main character and a hero in our story. As we go
to our journey we create our own story that inspires
other. This presentation is all about us, the story of
Cristy Ampania, Miriam De Leon, Jaylon Renz Juan
and Cee-jay Peralta.

5. One of the blissful days in every
family is having a cutest baby in their
lives. And I am so fortunate also for
having them.
I am Cristy M. Ampania, and let as
know more about me.

6. About me…
• When I was young, I was a shy little girl and very
sensitive. My dad taught me how to respect, be
responsible and having faith in God.
• My family always remind me to focus on your studies
because this will be your asset someday.

7. When the time that I was escaped
in my comfort zone, I can recognize
things and learn being independent.
But I control myself from the
deceiving world and not forgetting
the urgent lesson that my father
taught me, “Approach God for He is
the Savior of your life.”

8. Being the servant of God is the greatest
achievement that I have reach in my life. I
am proud to myself that I obey the want of
God before the world become worst…
We can say that the world is more
fascinating, and we can’t control the
situation in this world, but if we know God
and recognize Him in our life…and that is
the time that you are enlighten for your own
path.

9. I will study hard in order to
reach my dreams and not
disappointing my parents.
Someday I will become a
professional in the near future
and I will raise my family from
poverty. Another, I will also help
my relatives to achieve their
dreams.

time and effort.

13. • I’m Mirriiam Mae B. De Leon ,
a grade 12 student at Dingras
NHS poblacion campus.
• I’am 17 years old my birthdate
was May 18,2000.
• I live in Brgy. Guerrero,
Dingras I.N.
• My dream in life is to become
a flight attendant!🎓👢👚

15. My best friend, my sister and
my partner in crime is my mom,
who taught me how to fight and
how to stand when I’m down. I
love my mom more than she
loves me and I will do everything
to make her happy. And of course
I want my mom proud of me
someday.

16. Every one must prioritize
God, and I try my best to live in
a chaste life in order to accept
me in the House of God.
This is my favourite place in
Manila the Kingdom of God!
Everything in this place is
perfect ! And I wants to go
back again and again.

17. A dreamer a believer
and a warrior to an end...
I am only 17 but I
learned many things in
life because I had a lot of
mistakes that makes me
more stronger.
Every lesson that I
have learned God is
always there to enlighten
my way. I believed that I
can do all things as long
as I have a determination
in achieving it. I am very
thankful and blessed
because I am smart and
talented girl.

19. Jaylon Renz Juan. I’m just a
simple and a happy-go-lucky
guy who loves to play online
games and I always dream to
be an professional gamer
because that’s what I want to
be and that’s who I am.

One thing is very
common in our family
is that we still smile
even in the hardest
times and they are
always there to help
me.

21. We always have time to bond
every special occasions like at
that picture, some of us
don’t know how to play
basketball but still we try
our best just to be with my
family.

always sacrifice his time
for us just to give our

26. The story of my self begins here
. The main character of course its
me. Hello I ‘am Cee-jay D. Peralta
February 09, 2000 is my birthday.
That picture when I was baby there
were so great memory of that days,
the day I was born and the day they
treat me as a royalty king as a
baby.

27. Before we know my
story let me introduce my
biggest supportive when I
was a baby and me. They
were so special and a part
of my life to my worst
days. My Mother, Father
and my aunt.
But my closes of them is
my mom, she is so a
Mother, a mother can do
everything to her family
even her darkies day.

28. The “Peralta cousins”
as like act my siblings.
We were not the same
blood but be we are act
brothers, who always be
our side. Due darkest
days of our lives.
In my darkest days one
of my cousins in the
middle one, always
there to comfort me
when I’m alone
especially when I lost
my way.

29. Now I’m 17 years old a Senior High School studying
Accounting, Business and Management(ABM). The goal is finish to
graduate of this course and college.
