1. Ground-Up Technologies Enterprise, LLC
Mission Statement: Development of clean, sustainable, non-polluting technologies for peaceful,
non-destructive uses. Furthermore, to be charitable to those in need by the company and
employees to serve those with legal difficulties and those returning from distress to become
productive members of society.
Moral Guidelines: Conduct of those at GUT1701 shall follow the “Golden Rule” (Do unto
others as one would have done unto oneself) and the Purple Platypus Principle (If one Purple
Platypus does wrong to one or others, this is not to be assumed on other Purple Platypi).
Therefore, there shall be “zero tolerance” as concerns bigotry and violence. Furthermore, abuse
of fellow employees such as practical jokes or other harmful activities will not be tolerated.
Disputes in any of these areas will be handled by the CEO/President.
Employment Goal: All employees shall be salaried-exempt at the same base rate, to be
determined by the President/CEO with input from the Board of Advisors. Yearly raises may be
double the Cost-of Living Increase at the highest location of operation, applied across the board.
The intent is to hire those wanting to work for the goal more than from a desire for money point
of view.
Operating Agreement: The company’s work ethic will employ two basic engineering principles.
First of these will be to employ the “KISS” principle where by our technologies will be
engineered keeping simplicity and ease of operation in mind. The second of these will be that of
actively double-checking work at all levels to do the best job possible with the fewest long or
short term inconsistencies or errors.
Employment Decisions: Final hiring and firing decisions shall be made by the President/CEO
after careful review and investigation. Upon leaving the company for any reason, the employee
will receive two (2) months pay.
Workload: No employee will be expected to work more than five (5) days in a row. No employee
will be allowed to work more than six (6) days in a row. Minimum hours worked per year will be
in accordance with federal guidelines for salaried exempt employees.
Legal Assistance: The company will provide and pay for legal assistance to employees in both
civil and criminal cases, except when such action presents a conflict of interest.
Health, Dental, Optical: The company aims to provide 100% coverage at company expense, to
be defined in Benefits Manual.
2. Workplace Employee Assistance: Upon finding an employee incapable of doing their job
satisfactorily or otherwise unsuited to their position all effort is to be made to find a job within
the company in line with the employee’s capabilities and reasonable desires/expectations.
Decision-Making Organization: The President/CEO will make all final company-wide and
development direction decision with input from the Board of Advisors, R+D and Prototype
Development will be delegated to the Department of Engineering upon mutual decision with the
President/CEO. This effects feedback for the design of primary technology to be developed by
engineering.

Advisors Ownership Share: Each of the Board of Advisors shall be granted a 2% ownership of

-Self propelled fan using magnetic field interaction technology
-Self propelled generator/Alternator using magnetic field interaction technology

- Medical repair and maintenance nanites using patients’ stem cell DNA with added telemers as
blue print. Possible use to tag cancer cells for destruction by natural immune system. Develop
Nano computers using water molecules as gates for nanite control system.
AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES
-Single stage to orbit vehicle using Laminar Flow Engines with supplement air tanks. 90% of
total mass to orbit with powered reentry.
