Problem Statement
Currently, the grant management system that is being used by the state government is highly inefficient. The various agencies in place operate variant grant management systems, in these systems the only similarity is the acuity that the grants comply with the legal requirements of PA Management Directive 107.3.
Project Description
The main purpose of the project is to create a new system that will take advantage of the numerous aspects of technology that make it efficient. This will mean that the new system will be simple, secure, paperless and most of all standardized. It will work for local governments, individuals as well as non-profit organizations. The overall outcome would be higher efficacy in both state and local governments. Automation has proven to be effective in various other industries and applications, it is only reasonable to apply the same in the grant management system.
Project Goal
The goals of the project are to simplify and streamline the economic growth of the community. Many in the community have assumed grants to be free money that is not essentially needed but they have allowed individuals to pursue projects for the benefit of their communities. By streamlining the process of applying, approving and send and collecting funds, the region is expected to develop at an increased rate.
High Level Business Requirements/Features/Functionality/Epics
The system shall provide:
· Standardized application procedures regardless of industry or occupation
· Increased security of personal and grant information
· Simplified application to encourage more people to pursue societal benefiting projects
· Paperless documentation and money transfer allowing for better management and higher security.
· Automated processing allowing for better time management
Project Scope (items NOT in scope)
The project is expected to have a positive impact on the non-profit organizations, local governments, and various governmental agencies. It will also have the extra benefit of impacting individuals by simplifying the process and imparting them with knowledge with regards to grants.
Funding
The project is to be partly funded by the state government as it is intended for public use. Additionally, public funding will demonstrate the state government’s desire to change the current inefficient system.

An The main objective of the study is to identify the antecedent of leadership quality, public satisfaction and public behaviour intention of e-government service. Also, this study integrated e-government quality to expectation-confirmation model. In order to achieve these goals, observational research was then carried out to collect primary information, using the method of data dissemination and obtaining the opinion of 360 from the public using the e-government service and some of the e-government and software quality experts. The results of the study show that the positive association among the e-government services quality and public perceived usefulness, public expectation confirmation, leadership quality and public satisfaction that also play a positive role on the public behavior intention.
An effective and efficient response to the complaints is an essential index of organization’s performance. In colleges if anyone wants to complaint about something they have to write it down on a paper and submit which is not environment friendly. So, for solving this problem we developed Grievance redressal system. Here anyone associated with college being a student, faculty or working staff can easily file their complaint. To make this window more secure we mandated registration and login before one can file their complaint. These complaint are going to be solved by competent authority. The presented model for the Complaint Redressal System will have the ability to minimize people’s dissatisfaction and on the other hand it can encourage people to participate in improving the quality of the service provided
Despite the immeasurable investment in e-government initiatives throughout the world, such initiatives have yet to succeed in fully meeting expectations and desired outcomes. A key objective of this research article is to support the government of the UAE in realizing its vision of e-government transformation. It presents an innovative framework to support e-government implementation, which was developed from a practitioner's perspective and based on learnings from numerous e-government practices around the globe. The framework presents an approach to guide governments worldwide, and UAE in particular, to develop a top down strategy and leverage technology in order realize its long term goal of e-government transformation. The study also outlines the potential role of modern national identity schemes in enabling the transformation of traditional identities into digital identities. The work presented in this study is envisaged to help bridge the gap between policy makers and implementers, by providing greater clarity and reducing misalignment on key elements of e-government transformation. In the hands of leaders that have a strong will to invest in e-government transformation, the work presented in this study is envisaged to become a powerful tool to communicate and coordinate initiatives, and provide a clear visualization of an integrated approach to e-government transformation.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Grievance Redressal Management System
1. Project Caption – (Within 20 Words)
“Grievance Redressal Management System: An End to End solution”
Project Tagline – (Within 50 Words)
Every complaint/grievance not only needs patient hearing, it needs continuous assurance that the
concern will be addressed, is being addressed or has been addressed in timely and efficient manner.
About Project – (Within 100 Words)
We propose a Grievance Redressal system which can keep record of thousands of complaints lodged
by citizens/people, related to any work in their gram panchayat along with the actions taken on
them by the State, District, Block or Panchayat. It also sends related updates regularly to the
concerned person (I am assuming complainer & concern Govt. servant as well gets the updates).
This helps in keeping a track of the all the registered grievance and their redressal status. This
contributes to the effective handling of all important issues and proposes an efficient model of e-governance
in the development work at the grass root.
Project Descriptions – (Within 500 Words)
Across the country, state Governments are trying to portray their execution of public work as the
most efficient. They are aiming for better public participation along with smooth and timely delivery
of the work. In this process, quite often grievances emerge between different stakeholders due to
laps on the part of people involved in the process. This not only disrupts the proper implementation
of work but also discourages the public partnership. Thus, the process of efficient implementation of
developmental work needs a proper grievance redressal system. Starting from registering the
complaint to actions taken at different levels, grievance redressal requires continuous follow-up and
a lot of paperwork. This whole process needs huge amount of resources including the cost of
appointing the people for complaint registration, keeping the records and doing the follow-up for
the action. It also consumes a lot of time and delays in handling it deters people from getting
involved in the process.
To reduce this huge toll on resources and simplify the process of execution we are proposing a
software which provides complete Grievance Redressal Management System. This end to end
solution gives you complete & efficient management of Grievance Redressal. It tracks each and
every complaint along with the actions taken on them by the different Government bodies related
to the case.
This offers people a simple and easy way of lodging complaints related to any mismanagement,
discrepancy or injustice during implementation of any Gram Panchayat level work. The complaint
can be registered through call, SMS or internet. This easies up the process of complaint registration,
reduces the bias of person registering the complaint, and also speeds up the whole process. This in
2. turn increases the engagement of people in identifying the bottlenecks of efficient implementation
of the development work.
In addition to this, it also provides regular updates on the status of the complaint. This gives an
assurance to the complainer that their concern is being considered and proper action is being taken.
There are salient benefits which come along with the implementation of this project.
Greater Transparency – The status of any complaint can be checked and actions taken can
be monitored. This gives transparency to the whole process.
Greater Accountability – The above mentioned feature also helps in increasing the
accountability of the public servant involved in the process.
User Friendly Interface – The easy way of registering the complaints and track of the action
taken on it, is bound to increase the involvement of people in the process.
Timely Delivery of Justice – The transparency and accountability ensures the timely
grievance redressal.
Easy Impact Assessment – The number of effective redressal of the grievance will help in
establishing the success of the project along with the impact created by it. (Governance )
In nut shell, this project not only facilitates the existing grievance redressal mechanism in proper
handling of issues but also keeps a check on their effectiveness. Thus, it contributes to the goal of
smooth & effective implementation of development work through e-governance.
