1. 30 Day Performance Guarantee
This agreement serves as notice of Green Flag Credit “Bundle” performance guarantee. Green Flag Credit guarantees that if our
“Bundle” service package does not produce a minimum of 70 leads total or minimum of 4 car sales in the first month of service
(30 days from the time that the service is actively installed on the Dealer website) that there will be NO CHARGE for the first
month service or initial setup charge.
The Dealership subsequently agrees that if the minimum performance is achieved that the Dealership will remit payment for
the first month service plus $195.00 initial setup charge within 10 days of the initial 30 day period ending. Subsequent months
of service will be billed on a “Month to Month” basis as outlined in the Green Flag Credit, Auto Equity, Inc Terms of Service
agreement.
All of the following terms and conditions must be met in order to qualify:
 Green Flag Credit Bundle must be fully optimized on the Dealership website
a) Buttons (image links to be placed on the Dealership website Home Page for each service included in the
“Bundle”
b) Opening pages of New, Used and Featured Vehicles
c) All Vehicle Detail Pages of New and Used Inventory
d) Finance Pages (Replacing Dealership Long Form)
e) All Finance Pages – Change wording to “Get Pre-Qualified Instantly”
f) Replace ALL existing Finance Applications, Trade Appraisals, Payment Calculators and Rebate & Incentive
information/programs with those supplied by Green Flag Credit
g) All banners & image links open in a new window with the Green Flag Credit module
h) Green Flag Credit module must open in a new window utilizing the secure lock as well as in the address bar
displaying the URL as https:// rather than http://
i) ALL leads must be responded to within 30 minutes during normal business hours
 Notice to Green Flag Credit must be submitted within 3 business days from the end of the first month of service (30
days from the time that the service is actively installed on the Dealer website) in writing; by email to
info@greenflagcredit.com or fax (877) 540-0002
 Dealer will furnish Sales Logs for ALL vehicles sold from time of setup to 30 days following
 Sales Logs must include customer first/last name and date of vehicle sale
 Green Flag Credit will compare Sales Logs with list of customers who submitted information through the Green Flag
Credit “Bundle” module. If the names from Dealer’s Sales Logs match the names submitted through Green Flag
Credit module, those names will be counted towards the total number of Sales by Dealer
 A signed copy of this Agreement must be on file with Green Flag Credit, Auto Equity Inc.
