总则(SCOPE)
该款电源具有防水,输入电压具有防反接,防浪涌等功能,防水等级是 IP67,电源总功
率 400W,符合欧盟 RoHS 指令。规格书详细描述了电气,机械,环境的要求。
(The document detail the electrical. Mechanical and environmental specifications of a 400W
constant current LED driver , the LED driver shall meet the RoHS requirement. )
Architecture description(架构描述)
LED driver(with AL case) 铝外壳型。
1 直流输入特性(DC Input Characteristics)
1.1 输入电压范围(Input Voltage, Frequency)
允许输入(Units) MIN NOM MAX
电压 DC(Vrms) 9 12 15
1.2 稳态电流(Steady-state Current)
直流输入电压为 12V 时,输入电流≤40.A。(40.0Arms maximum while input voltage is
DC12V)。
1.3 输入欠压保护(Input under voltage protect)
当直流输入电压低于 8V+-2.5%时(排除输入线损影响),该电源处于保护状态,一旦输入
电压高于欠压保护点,该电源会立即开启。(The power supply in the protection state. When
input voltage is less Than 8V+-2.5%, once the input voltage is higher than the under voltage
protection, the power supply will be “ON” immediately.
2 直流输出特性(DC Output Characteristics)
2.1 直流输出电压有两组电压(Output Voltage )

2、推荐实际使用功率小于额定功率的 80%
3、推荐实际使用时风扇的排风口畅通无遮挡,电源的底部要充分与金属之架接触。

1. 使用 20MHz 带宽的示波器测试;
2. 测量时,在输出端和地之间并接一个 0.1µF 瓷片电容和一个 10µF 的电解电容;
Notes: 1. Measurement is made with an oscilloscope with 20MHz bandwidth.
2. Output should be bypassed at the connector with 0.1µF ceramic disk capacitor and 10µF
electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. The length of ground wire on probe should not
longer than 40mm.

2.4 电源效率(Power Efficiency)
输入电压为 12V 时,电源输出 100%负载时,整机效率≥90 %。
2.5 过冲(Overshoot)
当电源开机时,每组的输出电压瞬间过冲都应小于正常输出电压的 5%,并且不会产生反极性的电
压。(The output voltage overshoot upon the application or removal of the input voltage, shall less than 5%
above the nominal voltage, no voltage opposite polarity occur.)
2.6 时序(Timing)
电源启动时间( Power-on time) T1≥8 s(24DC)
电源关闭时间(Power-off time) T2≥120s(24DC)
注:此装置输入端有个 ON/OFF 控制接口,它被直接引用到该装置的内部控制器输入端,控制如下两项。
下图是它的欠压和时序控制图。
1、当输入电压低于 8V 时,该电源处于欠压保护状态,一旦输入电压高压 8V 并 ON/OFF 控制信
号处于高电平,该电源开始计时,并延时到 T1 时。二组输出电压会正常输出。
2、当输入电压处于高电平时。一旦 ON/OFF 控制信号处于低电平时。该电源就开始计时。当 T2 的

时间到达时。该电源的二组输出就会立即关闭。
3:无论 ON/OFF 控制信号处于高电平时。只要输入电压低于 8V。该电源立即进入欠压保护状态。
注*1:欠压保护电压, PCB 板输入端 8V。8V 输入设备端未含输入线损-内部测试。

存储环境温度(Shipping/Storage Temperature):-40℃~85℃

4.2V 和 5V 都 具有独立的输出短路保护功能,并具有自恢复功能。
5 可靠性(Reliability)
环境为 25℃、90%负载状态下,平均无故障时间(MTBF)大于 3 万小时。
The calculated MTBF shall be more than 30,000 hours at 90% continuous load and 25℃ ambient temperature.
6 老化(Burn-in)
环境为 50±5℃、80%负载、12Vdc 的条件下老化。
The power shall be burn in under 30±5℃, with 12Vdc and outputs at 80% of max load.
