In the paper proposed, some of the collaborative international and national projects of our university will be presented. These projects include: proposals submitted to Horizon 2020 and experience in FP7; works done within the structural fund on the regional and international levels, Erasmus+ projects and experience within TEMPUS projects. Also, the paper discusses Bulgarian national higher education rating system which encourages relation and collaboration between business organizations and educational institutions.
