Kai was born near Heidelberg in 1978, is married and
the father of two daughters.
Since 2004, Kai, who holds a degree in business law
(FH), has been active in the Munich real estate market.
First many years as a broker of commercial and
residential real estate, later as a consultant for
operational and strategic real estate management for
various family offices, where he was responsible for a
portfolio of EUR 1.25 billion A.U.M. with over 2,500
commercial and residential units.
After recognizing the need through his activities, he
began designing glabalize markets in mid-2018.
