we processed data on philanthropic
instances in North Macedonia. This is how
citizens, companies and nonprofits respond
to the crisis in solidarity.

masks, gloves, and disinfectants.
From March 16 to June 30, a total of

In response to the COVID-19 crisis in North Macedonia, over 95% of total donations were directed towards state and public institutions, primarily benefiting local communities and individuals in economic need. Companies were the most proactive donors, contributing significantly to the procurement of essential supplies such as masks and disinfectants. From March to June, approximately EUR 4.26 million was donated to mitigate the crisis's impact.
