Give me a substantive comment on this post: The way an organization operates depends on how it is structured. Take Apple for example. Apple is one of the most recognized and known organizations in the world due to their popular phones as well as other popular electronics. If you think about it, this organization has a clear structure and design on how they operate and do things. I do not work for the company, so I can't speak for the environment that they have, but I can imagine its exciting with all the new intonations in future electronics that are constantly being evolved within this company. Its pretty obvious what their goals are centered around. It should be no secret that their goals are technology innovation centered so that they can continuously come out with the newest and best thing in tech. I mean, that is how Apple has made its billions of dollars. Now, if you look at their competencies that can be a different story because of the constant problems that are always discovered every time the newest iPhone comes out. Just recently the iPhone 15 was released and already has over heating issues. This is not unusually for their newest devices which is why I never go out and buy the newest iPhone when it comes out (Uhl-Bien, Piccolo, Schermerhorn & Bachrach, 2021)..
