This document provides instructions for 14 nonverbal communication gestures: 1. Touch your chest lightly to indicate "me" or "my." 2. Point or motion with your index finger to beckon someone to "come here." 3. Swipe your hand horizontally or downward to signal "go away" or "not right now." 4. Wag your index finger side to side to say "don't do that!" The document then prompts the reader to perform each gesture in response to a sample question or statement.

6. Good luck. 人差し指と中指を組む。
7. “OK.” “Perfect.” OK サイン
8. “Good.” “Great!” 親指を上向きに立てる。
9. “Bad.” 親指を下向きに下ろす。
10. “I don’t know.” 両肩を上げる。
11. “So-so.” 手のひらを水平にし、左右に揺らす。
12. “That was close” 額を手で拭く。
13. “Stupid me.” 手のひらで額を軽く叩く。
14. Handshake— 相手と右手同士で握手する。４∼５回軽く振って
から相手の手を放す。
