This document summarizes a 5-day "Learning Week" project with the non-profit Club Rainbow, which serves chronically ill children. 30. Significant Learning Outcomes Outcome 1 "Service" We gave a meaningful service to Club Rainbow by: Fulfilling our partner's “Learning Week” objectives; Setting up a wireless LAN system in the centre’s computer room.

31. Significant Learning Outcomes "Learning" 1. Importance of treating learners as individuals with unique personalities-learning abilities and adopting a collaborative approach to gain a deeper understanding of our students when designing our pedagogical approach. 2. Being better sensitised to need to customise our lessons appropriately for chronically-ill students. We learnt that health conditions greatly affect a learner’s self-esteem and thus undermines his/her motivation for learning. Outcome 2
