2. Context: there are many communities in Minas Gerais State
with historical heritage, interesting to develop its crafts and help
the population to develop tourism and enhance income.

3. Project: Implementation of the program in Minas Gerais’
communities in order to achieve socio-cultural and
economic demands of the territory through the exercise of
creativity in various fields.

4. Design role: Use of Design for the improve-
ment of techniques developed by communities
through specific methodologies.
