Indonesia ranks 72 out of 77 countries in education quality according to PISA 2018, and faces challenges of a shortage of 9 million digital talents by 2030. An Indosat Ooredoo CSR program provides online coding scholarships to train 10,000 digital talents, with a goal of employing 100 graduates. The IDCamp program aims to create globally certified digital talents ready for the global economy. It has already trained over 26,000 participants and certified over 5,000 developers, employing 401 so far.
