This document outlines 7 projects involving customizing and developing CRM systems for various companies over a period of 7+ years. The projects involved technologies like SalesLogix, SQL, ASP.net and focused on areas like inventory management, financial services, project management and information maintenance. The roles included developing reports, migrating data between versions, creating new entities and customizing CRM systems to meet client needs.

1. 1. CRM for India’s largest commodity exchange firm (Sept 07 – Apr 08)

SQL Reporting Services, SQL 2008 and ASP.net.
Duration 6 Months
Description This project included development and migration from SalesLogix
7.1 to 7.5 versions. Couples of entities were newly created like BD
Data, User Data, and Audit Log etc.
The critical task in this project was the data import from .xls file
into the CRM database. So, the Dot Net utility is created in Vb.Net
to read .xls file & bring the Account, Contact data into SalesLogix
database.
2. CRM customization for Commodities and Derivatives exchange. (Apr 08 – Oct 08)

Description To create new entities and sub entities e.g. Business Development,
Membership, Networking and others. Creating reports using
features like sub reports, filters and crosstabs.
3. Development for Inventory management firm. (Oct 08 –Sep 10)

Description This project includes extensive use of ASP controls. There were
multiple project for maintaining Equipment details, Commission
details, Call Review, User details etc. This all project were specific to
individual Client.
4. Development for largest financial firm. (Sep 10 –May 11)

Description This project includes extensive designing part with 3 layer
architecture. There were multiple project for maintaining Employee
joining information, increment calculations etc.
5. Managing Intranet for the Employer (May 11 –Aug 11)

Duration 3 Months
Description This project was basically for managing Employee’s personal Info,
official info, time sheet, galleries, feedbacks and performance
reviews etc.
This project was basically containing out of the box customizations.
6. Development for largest project management firm. (Aug 11 – Dec 13)
Team Size 6+1
Technology SalesLogix 8.0 (LAN and Web), SalesLogix and SQL Reporting
Services, SQL 2012 and ASP.net.
Duration 16 Months
Description This project deals with the project management within a SalesLogix
LAN and Web. It has extensive customizations in SalesLogix LAN
and Web. We also 3rd party controls integrated within a SalesLogix
environment.
7. Development for the information maintenance firm. (Jan 14 – Till Date)
Team Size 4+1

Duration 8 Months
Description This project basically deals with data clearance and maintenance
functionality. It works on the concept of phonetic keys generation
based on different algorithms to apply Fuzzy logics, Normalizations
etc.
We have used .Net Extensions to work with SLX LAN and for Web
we have generated native .dll files.
Different address verification services are call using SOAP envelope
to fetch and validate international addresses.
