used by other systems to process any loan information.

Description : ‘Gravity' is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specially built for
tracking US Mortgage leads. Gravity is a SaaS application which gives flexibility of customizing lead inputs to
each SaaS client in their own way. Gravity's has a strong reporting which gives complete information about
any lead at any stage. Gravity interacts with few external systems as well. These are two web services exposed
by two different systems and one WCF Service running on Gravity side to exchange users and SaaS clients'
information.

Description : Easy Scan is a smart client application with self updating feature that helps
individual branches of the bank to scan and upload the documents to bank’s document repository for review
and loaning process with the help of ASP.NET Web Service running on bank’s server.
It is a Smart Client self updating .NET Win Form application which gives flexibility to the user to scan and
categorize the scanned documents based on bar code present on the document. Easy Scan smart client
application interacts with ASP.NET Web Service to authenticate and upload the document to bank’s
repository.

cost involved for renting the machine for a year. Different companies have different formulae/ logic to evaluate
the Cost of Ownership of a machine. This application gives the flexibility to customize the formulae.

Description : “OpicsPlus” is a Front to Back Office Management System. Opics is a financial
application existing in the banking/ financial market for more than 15 years. The product called Classic
Opics was developed by using the VB which was the most suited tool by Microsoft. Technologies at that time.
Now in order to obtain the optimal performance by exploiting the features of OOPS concept and Microsof.NET
framework Classic Opics developed in VB is being re-engineered and completely converted into .NET.
Previously the application was 2-tiered client server architecture now it is decomposed into n-tiered
architecture with smart client which uses Web Service to interact with the application server. XML based UI is
designed by using a third party component Infragistics.

Description : New program WFXS is introduced to the system which will be responsible for
readingprocessing the deal information left on external system (IBM WebSphere MQ). Processing the queue
data involves a basic validation of the data received through queue and storing the same into Opics interface
tables. Further already existing program ISYS is responsible for transferring the data from interface table to
the main deal entry tables with validations using existing business logic. In case of the error while reading the
queue data suitable error codemessage is posted to another queue, called error queue.

with more than 1000 individual components. Previously bug tracking used to be done with the help of MS
Excel, which has lot many drawbacks like, so many peoples can not access the excel file at same time,
improper presentation of data, tedious in data synchronization and difficult searching.
OpicsPlus TLog tracker helps to over come with the above mentioned difficulties with the help of 5
user roles- Admin, Development Lead, Developer, Test Lead and Tester.

interested in the risk associated with any deal. ‘OPMB’ provides the full functionality of viewing the risks in
various views.

Capture. It helps organizations to act in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley compliances, by providing an
automated solution to institute, execute, approve and assess internal controls, which is necessary to
demonstrate procedure/policy compliance and financial accountability, as well as protecting the
organization’s operational and business interests. It creates compliance visibility and provides a tool to assist
organizations in assessing risk of non-compliance as a preemptive approach to maintaining.

Description : “D’RisK Auditor” is an Enterprise wide web based Risk Management System
used for banking and financial sector based on Reserve Bank of India Guideline and Basel Committee. It
provides process driven risk identification and auditing approach to audit consisting of Preliminary survey for
identifying significant Entities, and also inherent risk elements. Audit Flow is designed to leave an audit trail
which seeks to minimize possibilities of fraud. The final step is expanded audit which follows the traditional
practice of transaction testing of the selected entities. It is designed to check systemic failure in auditing. It
also provides evolution of continuous online monitoring. This solution helps in profiling of significant
business units, departments, and product lines, or systems, and their associated business risks and control
features, resulting in a document describing the structure of risk and controls throughout the institution.
