This document discusses the development of an Enhanced Service Offering (ESO) by Gardasil to provide young adult women and mothers with information about sexual health and the HPV vaccine. Research found that while there was an appetite for this information, regulatory issues prevented an open online platform. Instead, an off-brand website called HPV.com was created to address young women's main concerns about relationships, marriage and having children by framing the issues in terms of maintaining a happy future or "Camelot". The website presented facts through videos and graphics and saw increased traffic among its target demographic. It successfully raised awareness of HPV while also increasing interest in learning more and intent to receive the vaccine.
