Our investigators penetrated the shadowy world of the Barlanark Young Team, who roam their east end patch in search of trouble. They uncovered the shocking reality of life amongst the wannabe hoods — where armed teens rule the streets and police appear  POWERLESS  to stop them. One Ned sneered: “Nobody cares about the cops and they don’t seem interested in us...in fact I’d say they were scared.”
