What we did
Conducted a Pilot Study on 33
schools covering 33 districts of
Rajasthan
Dividing the prescribed syllabus on
the basis of term wise division and
consolidating the subject books into
one book per trimester.
Introduced integrated books for class
1 & class 2 comprising of topics from
Hindi, English and Mathematics
trimester wise.
Introduced integrated books for class
3 comprising of topics from Hindi,
English, Mathematics and
Environmental Studies.
Objective
As per the Yashpal Committee
Guidelines the weight of the bag of
students should be reduced in order
to promote healthy learning
environment thus the objective was
to implement the Yashpal Committee
Guidelines.
To relieve the child from the physical
and mental burden of carrying heavy
bags to school and promote holistic
development of the child taking care
of physical and mental needs of the
child
Outcome
The weight of the bag is now just the
half of the weight of the bags earlier.

• Extended technical and organizational support
during KRP Selection
• Our team transformed the process into a completely
online process.
• A session during the DEC meeting was also taken up
regarding online processes by our team
• Our team also supported during :
1. Conduction of group discussion
2. Online test

• Introduced QR Code for easy access of the test

Objectives of Balsabha
 To inculcate confidence and spirit of teamwork in
students.
 Theme based cultural and educational activities
lead to holistic development of the child
 Regular inspection and support by higher officials
has lead to new innovations and better quality of
balsabha in schools and at community level.
 We also introduced technical ways of tracking the
initiation of Bal Sabha in schools through google
forms, presentation formats and tutorial initially
and then further transformed it into one format
in Shala Darpan

BASTE KA BHOJ KAM INITIATIVE What we did Conducted a Pilot Study on 33 schools covering 33 districts of Rajasthan Dividing the prescribed syllabus on the basis of term wise division and consolidating the subject books into one book per trimester. Introduced integrated books for class 1 & class 2 comprising of topics from Hindi, English and Mathematics trimester wise. Introduced integrated books for class 3 comprising of topics from Hindi, English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Objective As per the Yashpal Committee Guidelines the weight of the bag of students should be reduced in order to promote healthy learning environment thus the objective was to implement the Yashpal Committee Guidelines. To relieve the child from the physical and mental burden of carrying heavy bags to school and promote holistic development of the child taking care of physical and mental needs of the child Outcome The weight of the bag is now just the half of the weight of the bags earlier. NISHTHA • Extended technical and organizational support during KRP Selection • Our team transformed the process into a completely online process. • A session during the DEC meeting was also taken up regarding online processes by our team • Our team also supported during : 1. Conduction of group discussion 2. Online test 3. Interview process. • Ensuring successful implementation of technical processes and organizational support during NISHTHA Teacher Training • We supported the officials in conducting online test • Introduced QR Code for easy access of the test link • Fellows also participated in the facilitation process and extended discussions on the concept of switch, immunity to change and other behavioral enhancing topics.

Community Balsabha Objectives of Balsabha  To inculcate confidence and spirit of teamwork in students.  Theme based cultural and educational activities lead to holistic development of the child  Regular inspection and support by higher officials has lead to new innovations and better quality of balsabha in schools and at community level.  We also introduced technical ways of tracking the initiation of Bal Sabha in schools through google forms, presentation formats and tutorial initially and then further transformed it into one format in Shala Darpan 65,000+ schools 84.00,000+ students 20,00,000+ parents Students Parents Teacher Bal sabha
