WHAT IS GAMIFICATION? 
• Gamification is the concept of applying game mechanics and 
game design techniques to engage and motivate people to 
achieve their goals 
• Gabe Zichemann said that Gamification is using game 
techniques and thinking to make users to concentrate in 
solving questions.
THE PROPERTIES OF THE 
GAMIFICATION 
• 1) gameplay : enjoy game based on game rule 
• 2) creativity: can play game efficiently by ourselves 
• 3) communication: can communicate with other 
people and satisfy through self- expression 
• 4) reward: motivate people by score, prize money
IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE 
GAMIFICATION 
• The most important part in gamification is ‘fun’ . 
• Secondly ‘reward’. 
• Thirdly, ‘competition’.
THE CASE OF GAMIFICATION 
• The case of gamification in Korea is 
‘KB SMARKT’ of KB bank. 
-Saving 
-grow animals in animal farm which are in 
application. 
* Give “fun”
ONBOARDING 
• Onboarding, also known as organizational socialization, refers to 
the mechanism through which new employees acquire the 
necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to become effective 
organizational members and insiders.
HOW TO ONBOARDING? 
• Show many things in short time. 
• Do not give too many information. 
• Let people win easily. 
• Remember data. ex) big data
CONCLUSION 
• Nowadays, gamification receive attention in the world. 
• Cocacola, BMW, Macdonald 
• We need to search exactly about consumers’ interest. 
• Gamification is an attractive point for consumer. 
• We need to study hard to develop gamification.
