What to do about immigration
Personally, I really don’t care about it. With the dreamers, I think they should be allowed
to stay in this country. When their parents came illegally with the baby, they baby had no say in
the matter whether they wanted to come or not. If they feel welcome and want to stay then they
should be able to do so. It becomes a problem when they don’t feel welcome in this country. A
lot of people don’t see Americans as anything but white people. That just shows how ignorant
some people can be still to this day. An American can be anyone from any race and religion. I
personally have friends who are from different countries, speak different languages, but are an
American citizen and so is their families who live here. No matter what no one is going to be
pleased with what people say. I know typing this, there are people who strongly disagree with
me and that is fine. We are all entitled to our own opinions, but I just don’t see the problem if
people want to be part of our country. Why should they be denied access to be a citizen if they
have done nothing wrong to be denied for? They have as much of a right to be here as we do.
As long as the U.S. still stands, there will always be issues that cannot be solved properly
because of that fact that no one will agree with one another. This is just my personal opinion to
the subject. I honestly have no problem with those joining our country. If they want to be free
and feel they can have a better life living here then more power to them. I will never treat
anyone differently just because they are different from me.
