One could argue, an upside of the rising real estate
costs is that branded experiences are becoming
increasingly multi-purpose. Spaces speaking to the
context of their customers allow for increased leisure,
conversation and growth.

In the future, experiences will communicate with us
not only through sight and sound but through haptic
stimuli. Brute force can modify sound [left] and muscle
movement can illicit structural response [below].

or sharing of it’s existence is contributing
to a better trajectory for the world.

Put yourself in your customers shoes, provide them with an experience that allows
them to explore and become their better selves and make it easy for them to share
with their community thus making it better as well.
1. Hire a photographer and have a clear digital strategy. Think about the experience
through the lens of social media.
2. Make the space multi dimensional, push people to seek, find and explore.
3. Have the experience respond to the environment. Consider how the space will
scale with the needs of your visitors.
4. Make it so your demographic would want to meet up, hang out and impress out
of towner’s there.
5. Challenge your space to have a positive social impact.
