G O L I N : T E X A S I N S T R U M E N T S
As an intern on the Texas Instruments team, I immensely enjoyed working with the influencer engagement team.
Every day, I monitored our Hootsuite streams and recommended real-time engagements. I was the expert on the
daily activity and interests of our confirmed and potential influencers. In addition, I researched new opportunities
and built influencer lists for TI’s analog, embedded, industrial and automotive teams.
G O L I N : T E X A S I N S T R U M E N T S E D U C A T I O N T E C H N O L O G Y
During my time on this team, I had the unique experience of working with a brand which was both tech-focused and
consumer-facing. I monitored media and social mentions every day, produced planned and real-time social content,
conducted campaign research and reported weekly social analytics insights. I also supported media and blogger
relations during the back to school campaign, Math FTW.
B A Y L O R C A M P U S R E C R E A T I O N
As an intern on the Baylor Campus Recreation marketing team, I supported website redesign, managed social media
and produced visual content, using Adobe Creative Suite and my DSLR. Through working on the website redesign, I
wrote original copy, edited past pages and inputted content using basic HTML. My main responsibility was social
media strategy, where I grew audience engagement through multiple campaigns and community management.
F B C W A C O C O L L E G E
During the summer of 2015, I was on the publicity team for the First Baptist Waco College Ministry. A team of three
students, we built and designed a new website. I wrote website copy, steered the formation of the brand and
advised on the style and structure of the website. I also created the print components for our new brand: a trifold
brochure, flyers and T-shirts. Not only did I gain valuable insight into website development, but I created a brand
from the ground up.
T H E B A Y L O R L A R I A T
As a reporter for the Baylor Lariat, I wrote for the Arts & Life section. Combining my love for the Waco community
with my creative interests, I learned to weave a story through interviews and produce content quickly under
deadline. My column, Cookbook Confessions, was particularly popular and attracted readers for its quirky projects
and humor.
